This company refuses to improve. Closed my accounts as they believe my EX husband is playing on them even though we have been divorced nearly 3 years and we have no contact. Don't mind the closing of accounts, will save me some money but to be accused of a serious breach of their terms and conditions when I have done absolutely nothing wrong is appalling. I have escalated to Ecogra.

Don't join it's a scam been playing for 2 weeks and withdraw successfully £10 won on Bally casino but when I won £2260 they block my monopoly casino account and confiscated my founds saying I was self excluded and they took it very seriously so basically because I had won that amount then they to not pay me found THIS excuse but when I withdraw only £10 everything was okay .they are scammers.

Well I gave one star is because there are no more choices for me to give negative. Just got some winnings and would like to withdraw. The account was closed with no reason, no emails sent, and they asked for a very ridiculous account verification-they need you to send selfie, hold your ID, bank statements, bank card outside of your house with your house number seen. I was like ? Well??? I'm not an addictive player and just here for some fun and It didn't worth me to do all thouse crazy stuff with the risk that my personal information got stolen. that's only 16 pounds from me. JUST TAKE IT, HAPPY??SHAME ON YOU.

Been using for this years with nothing but good things to say, until yesterday evening. Logged onto the app in the evening (no issues day before) only to find the whole app has changed, most games missing but can still access them by logging on via safari which is strange. Whole algorithm has also changed. Absolutely terrible.

Been a member for years, all of a sudden I can’t log in it says my account has been closed. They say under section 7.1 which just says they can close an account if you breach a condition, which I get BUT they will not tell me what I have supposedly breached! Stopped playing with these for a while then decided to jump back in this month depositing regularly. It hasn't changed its still terrible.
