I was trying to order a set screw and…
I was trying to order a set screw and had no idea how to tell the size of the screw?
I thought i was ordering a set screw that was the same size of a machine screw 8-32 1/4"
the only thing that I got right was the lenght of the screw. The set screw I was looking for was a 9/64 drive, screw size just under a 1/4" 20? 5/16" 18
Did not understand the sizes of the set screws wound out I got #8-32X1/4" bag of useless screws and out the monies as well.

Thank you for your feedback — I’m sorry to hear the screws you ordered didn’t meet your needs. Set screw sizing can definitely be confusing, especially since the thread size, length, and hex-drive size don’t always correlate the way many customers expect.
I do want to mention that we’re always happy to help determine the correct size before purchase. We didn’t receive any questions or requests for assistance on this order, and we would gladly have walked you through the proper sizing to make sure you received the right part.

Easy to find what you need
Easy to find what you need. Only place online that I was able to find the bolts I was looking for. Now for the Cons...please stop shipping USPS! It really takes too long. My order shipped on Nov 1st and today Nov 12th USPS tracking shows it is still in transit. The last package I ordered took 2 weeks also. Sorry MB but y'all really need to rethink your shipping carrier. That's my only complaint otherwise I would have definitely given 5 stars.
