I found Monster Inflatables online and contacted them needing help with booking two bouncy castles for our celebration. They were very quick to respond, really helpful and brilliantly priced. It was very easy to book.

On the day of delivery I received a call saying they were on their way and two really helpful lads arrived. They asked me where I would like the bouncy castles and where the power was and they set to work. They were incredibly professional, very quick and helpful. They gave both castles a wipe over before they left. I was really impressed.

The children who came to celebrate our 50th anniversary obviously loved it. We did have burst of heavy rain throughout the event but that didn’t put them off. And due to the venue location the collection team didn’t need anyone to assist them. So we didn’t have to wait around for them.

I would use them for future events.

Everything about using Monster Inflatables was smooth from start to finish! Honestly can’t recommend them enough. From helping me find what I need through to installation their communication was above and beyond. And i have say the installation/delivery tesm were amazing too; happy and super helpful. Won’t go anywhere else for any kind of inflatable after dealing with these 🙌🏼

Great customer service, quick set up and collection. I had the Frozen set (bouncy castle and soft play) for my daughter’s birthday party. The children loved it and the stuff was clean and well presentable.

Hired a bouncy castle with slide for a birthday party.
Was called a couple of days before the party to see if I would accept delivery a day early at no extra charge which was fine with me.
Fast and easy set up from the team, they then collected at the agreed time once party had finished, again quick and easy to remove.
Great service, very good pricing, would definitely use again.

Such a Great company, great products. We have used this company several times mainly for birthdays, each time they are accommodating for every requirement. The team are really friendly from ordering to delivering to collecting they are prompt and polite always. The delivery guys were very helpful and carefully tied the bouncy castle down to allow my children to have full access of the garden free from any trip hazards.

I've recently used Monster Inflatables for a company Stress Relief Fayre and have to say they were fantastic throughout the whole process. Great comms. Responsive to enquiries and great service on the day with delivery and collection going as smooth as you could wish.

Really easy to navigate website - booking went without a hitch and there was good communication in the run up to the event. They arrived promptly and put everything together super fast, and same when it came time to dismantle it. The soft play itself was a real hit - and very reasonably priced.

Amazing experience, very pleasant and very responsive when I had to make some corrections on my booking. They came on time as requested to set up. The baby shark bouncing castle was big it did light up the hall . The kids loved it a lot , the ball pit was cool too. Thanks monsterinflatables I will surely recommend them and use them again . Very good customer service, really helpful with the booking. The delivery and construction was excellent, likewise the collection service was very efficient.
Overall really pleased with the service.

I used them for their light up numbers and they were such good quality with great warm light. Perfect for any occasion. Costumer service was fantastic, I was always replied to quickly and efficiently. I will absolutely use them again, thank you!
