Bought from Monster magic for the first time a few days ago. After the experience i had (despite a minor hiccup), it is now my first go to for the all things magic. I order 3 different tricks, the order arrived within a couple of days. There was a little mix up with one of the items i ordered and something else had been added to the other instead. I contacted Monster magic and the speed of response online was less than 30mins. I explained what happened and Alex instantly apologised and assured me the missing item would be sent out. Literally the next day my missing item arrived.
While there was a little mistake with the initial order i think we can all understand mistakes happen from time to time. But what should be the focus, is how it was handled and how fast it was fixed. I am genuinely blown away and beyond impressed. Alex was just so professional, efficient and meant everything he said and delivered (faster than i think what would of been a reasonable amount of time).
It actually increased my confidence in Monster Magic. Which is why it is going to be my first point of call.

Rather than being a magic enthusiast, I actually bought from here because I was looking for specific playing cards that are only sold in the US. Fortunately, they were in stock and at a good price, unlike some other locations. My package came within 2 days, along with a sweet thank-you note. This shop is genuine and reliable. Appreciate it! :)

I'd give Alex and Monster Magic 10 stars if I could! I only do magic as a hobby, mostly card tricks for friends and family (and colleagues before I retired!) Monster Magic is not just the best online magic shop, it is the best online shop of any kind I've come across. There is a good range of products that are recommended by Alex - not just endless items to fill up the shelves - and the Saturday Show review show on YouTube every week is an absolute gem, full of balanced, informative fun reviews. Not only is everything usually cheaper than other magic retailers, the delivery speed is incredible with items usually arriving the next day with a personal message every time. Alex really goes above and beyond in his customer service, answering questions and sourcing things you need. It is obvious from interviews with him (on Magic TV) that he is a genuine, decent, altruistic human being who genuinely cares about the magic community. In a nutshell, I can't praise Monster Magic enough. Have a look at the website - you won't be disappointed!

I've taken up magic as a bit of a hobby to show family, friends and work colleagues and having tried buying from all the major magic retailers, Monster Magic are the best by a mile. They are the cheapest, they deliver the quickest (by far) - always seems to be next day and Alex replies to messages quickly and seems like a thoroughly decent guy. Brilliant.

Alakazam magic I was loyal for years until Mr Harry Nardi came along and took over from Mr Loosely not the same place in my opinion. Monster Magic are so helpful and Alex always answers my annoying queries within half an hour and is always just so helpful. They've recently ordered a very rare product for me which you just can't find anywhere in the UK right now the Super Sponge Mat by TCC and as soon as I asked they could get them, Alex replied with "ordered some, will be I stock in 5 - 10 days" so as we speak they're in stock, go go go!

In my opinion this is without doubt the best magic online supplier. Next day delivery service, always well packaged. On the odd occasion I have not been happy with a products quality, monster magic have had no problem with a return and refund. The customer service from Alex is second to none. He is all about making sure the customer is happy, unlike other magic suppliers. Also has a great channel on YouTube reviewing products evey Saturday morning. Thank you for great service Alex, keep up the fantastic work.

I purchased some Theory 11 cards late at night on Christmas Day after not being able to find them in stock with my usual suppliers. Well, I must say, I was incredibly impressed with service from Alex!
