I ordered a replacement cup holder for my power chair from Monster. It came very quickly! On opening the package, I had ordered the wrong piece. I emailed the company and was informed of not only the process for returning the part for a refund, but also they paid for the return shipping. Additionally, they sent me the correct part number for my power chair. It was a great experience overall.

Once an order ships, the tracking number provided is generated directly through the carrier’s system and will always identify the shipping provider handling the package (such as USPS, UPS, FedEx, etc.). In some cases, tracking may not immediately show movement until the carrier scans the package into their network, but it is still valid and active.
We do not alter or fabricate tracking details, and all shipments are handed off to the appropriate carrier for delivery.

We finally got around to opening the box. I ordered a set of wing wheels for the Roll play, and in the box was only one wheel. We needed the left wheel for repair, and I think I got lucky and got the left one. But I paid for two wheels, only one was sent. Oh well.

Part is well made, the arm is strong. The firm "cushioning" allows for comfort and is still solid enough to support during transferring.
