Now minibike no longer runs off without me
Arrived in a reasonable time , was easy to order and was a match for the clutch my minibike had originally. Now this 73 year old is once again the biggest kid in the neighborhood.

Steer clear of this ripoff business
Steer clear of this ripoff business. I ordered two wheelchair armrest cushions and paid $49.36. I received the armrests and they did not fit my chair. I had purchased free returns for $2.48. After sending the cushions back on April 29th I didn’t hear anything until May 22nd when they sent an email saying that I would only receive $30.73 back for my refund. Between all of their numerous return fees, I lost $18.63 to these ripoff artists. That means I lost 37.74 percent of my money and have nothing to show for it. I called their customer support and was treated extremely rudely by the lady that answered. She over talked me the entire call even had the audacity to hang up on me. She also would not tell me where to go online to leave a review to prevent this from happening to others. I should have checked before I made the purchase because I now have seen where they have a BBB score of 3.3 stars and numerous other bad reviews at other websites. NEVER EVER AGAIN. WHAT A RIPOFF. You have been warned.

The armrest cushions were delivered as ordered, but unfortunately they were not compatible with your specific wheelchair. We understand that fitment issues can be frustrating, which is why we do offer a return option.
The “Free Returns” coverage purchased at checkout covers the cost of the return shipping label only, as clearly stated in our return policy. Restocking fees still apply to returned items, which is also disclosed in our policies prior to purchase. Your refund was processed according to those terms.
We also take concerns regarding customer interactions seriously. We respectfully disagree with the characterization of the phone conversation, as our representative remained professional throughout the call while explaining the return policy multiple times.
We strive to be transparent with our policies and encourage customers to review product compatibility and return terms before placing an order.

The part was delivered quicker than I expected. I had to call in order to get specifications on the part I ordered and the customer service was great. They quickly got me the needed specifications which allowed me to choose between two parts and it fit perfectly for the repair I was performing.
