Visited monsterwraps today for my 2010 mini one graphite to have its new bonnet decal applied. From my first contact for an initial quote to a visit to try to match up the colours I wanted till today where I saw the finished work. The staff were fantastic,very professional, and helpful and always with a smile. I've now got a quote for further work to go on the sides of the car. I would totally recommend monsterwraps for any colour change or decal work or for other services they provide just check their website.

Fantastic from start to finish, customer service excellent from Jodie. I had my brake calipers painted in gloss red and wheels refurbished. The quality of the workmanship was excellent. Highly recommended.

I used Monsterwraps on two occasions. Initially to have my car windows tinted and afterwards to have my motorcycles wrapped in PPF and ceramic coating applied on top.

Each time the work was carried out to the highest standard and communication with the company was excellent. I will definitely be using them in the future and I'm already sending new clients their way.

Had silver package. Very happy. No waffle or hard sales pitch. Very shiny and lots of defects sorted.

Had my roof wrapped by Sean and team and I have to say it is a first class job.
Probably not the most difficult job they have had to do but the result exceeded my expectations. Very pleased and being local to me I will certainly use again if I want more done.

I have given this matter some consideration for a great deal of time before deciding to leave this review. After some research, I decided to have my new vehicle windows tinted and the rear lights.

After reading the reviews I chose monsterwrap to undertake the work my vehicle was booked in and the work was completed in a reasonable time the quality of the window tinting was excellent with no complaints however the rear light tinting was a completely different matter.

Upon inspection of the rear lights there were bubbles within the wrap I was informed would disappear in time unfortunately this did not happen and the car was returned to have the issues rectified during the rewrapping of the rear lights one of the lights was cracked I highlighted this to Sean and it was agreed the rear light would be replaced.

My vehicle was returned to have the rear light replaced and re-wrapped during this process my vehicle bodywork was cut in two separate places around the rear light cluster and the tint applied to the rear light was noticeably different to the other rear light clusters.

I highlighted the fact that my vehicle had been damaged and the initial response from Sean was he never wants to see my vehicle in his workshop again after some discussion and a great deal of communication by email and phone calls a new rear light cluster was purchased and re-wrapped unfortunately my vehicle had sustained over £400 of damage to the bodywork if you take into account the cost of the rear light cluster which was paid for by monsterwrap the total amount of damage caused my vehicle was within the region of £550.00

My whole experience dealing with this company can only be described as an unpleasant experience and one wouldn't want to repeat.

Due to the above unfortunately I couldn't recommend monsterwrap.

I approached monster wraps with my own concept which I had sketched out on paper. After emailing it across I got a very quick response with a few follow up questions which provided me with a spot on quote.

From here I was sent a photoshop mock up of what my car would look like with my design which made me 100% on all the final details we had made and I was consequently very quick to be booked in to have the work done. Shout out to Charlotte for this one.

I was provided with a courtesy car as the work would take 3 days which was great as it meant I didn't have to book any time off work. Throughout the 3 days I was kept up to date via Instagram with the progression of the wrap.

3 days pass and I go to pick up the car. All I can say is the work and attention to detail is amazing. Can't fault any part of the process, from a customers point of view it was effortless. I would recommend these guys to everyone. A big thank you to monster wraps! Looking forward to coming back for more work in the future.
