I must admit the customer service that I experienced with Montagne Sports was second to none and first class!
Having experienced a postal issue (Royal Mail issue) with an order (02/09/24) resulting in my order being held up I looked up the contact details for my order. Using WhatsApp (hesitantly thinking this is going nowhere) I sent a brief message outlining the issue. Within minutes I received a call back from Cath (in Newbury) who was keen to understand and deal with the problem. A skill that so many companies fall at the first fence with! Cath promised to get back to me with a resolution..... and that's exactly what happened, (again, something that other companies often fall at the 2nd fence with) promptly with my order now being reissued! 24hrs later my order arrived with all in order!!
I will definitely use Montagne Sports again!!

I highly recommend this sports shop for its wide selection of high-quality gear and excellent customer service that always makes sure I find exactly what I need.

It was a fantastic price for a great pair of waterproof walking boots BUT the right boot appeared to have been on display in sunlight for a long time and the colour was faded. Not a big worry but the leather had shrunk so the left boot is a great fit but the right is too tight.
I’m trying to stretch the leather to my right foot but wonder which will give first, the boot or my foot.

I emailed to say There was a slight fault on one piece I bought and they replied within an hour and then sent a replacement item out immediately and t emailed a return label for me to return the first pair - all within days. Great service

Ordered a ski jacket in the sale got a quick response from Alan to say jacket not as advertised, After a reassurance from myself to still process the order on agreement item could returned if wrong size.
Royal mail parcel service received the parcel but returned it to the supplier saying address not on their system ( they deliver here every week with letters)
After giving it a few extra days emailed the store and got a quick response and they reposted after still getting a kickback from Royal mail.

One month after ordering, I still have not received my order. So if you are asking what is wrong, this is, very wrong
