I ordered a coat from Montana Mode…

I ordered a coat from Montana Mode (€260).
Delivery took a long time.

I returned the item within the legal return period. The coat was not worn, only inspected as allowed under EU consumer law.

Montana Mode refused my refund, claiming (without objective proof) that the tag was removed and reattached.
They demanded photos and videos, then stopped responding, while still reading my messages.

This way of handling customers is unprofessional and stressful.
Refusing a refund without proof and ignoring communication is not acceptable.

Based on my experience, I would not recommend ordering from this store.
