So called denim jacket which turned out to be a cheap cotton knockoff , very poor for the cost and the arms were short. It was more like a thin shirt than a jacket. Not recommended.

Sham - Do not buy

1. Took ages to deliver the items and lack of communication/tracking

2. Website says they are based in Netherlands but are actually based in China. They offered me a 70% refund or I will have to pay £25+ to ship it back to China. Would not have bought if they had not been masquerading as a European company.

3. Very poor quality and fit of clothing. The clothes did not resemble the products on the website. Cheap material.

I am so shocked,please no one use these
They’ve been arguing with me over email back and fourth,won’t let me return the item purchased even though I’m within my rights
I’ve asked for a full refund and they have offered me 50% so I declined,they’ve now offered me 70% and of course declined again
Im entitled to a full refund and that’s what I will get
Not dropping this I am now taking this to citizens advice and small claims as they have taken my money,sent me a very poor quality clothing item that was overpriced which took nearly 3 weeks to come and now won’t let me return or get a full refund.
Item recieved on 29th March and this has been ongoing and unresolved since!

Do not use

I ordered two shirts from this company.
They arrived ok but didn't fit well and weren't the same material as the photo on the website.
So I followed their returns policy which involves emailing them, which is a bit odd to start with.
They then ask for photos of the items! I said they're on your website why do you need photos?
Once i had challenged this they sent an email saying that i had to send the items at my own cost to China.
Basically this is a site pretending to look UK or at least European, their address is listed as Netherlands, but in fact they are in China and therefore the cost of any return is very high. They offered to refund 70% which is basically the same as paying for the returns and getting a full refund so I'm doing that.
Overall though, due to that returns policy it's a do not use.

Do not use!

They say they will dispatch in two weeks, it took a month for the item to be delivered which was too late for the holiday I had wanted it for.
The item was too small and I am now in the process of having to send it back which I am sure is not going to be straight forward. As someone else has documented, they are asking me to measure it and take a photo. What company asks you to do that! I will wait the ridiculous cost of having to return it. I will never use them again and would advise no one else too.

UPDATE 27/3. They offered me a 70% refund and to keep the jacket IF I would consider removing my review. I see that as blackmail. What an absolute SHAM of a company, they need to be closed down. Im still waiting for the refund!!

Avoid

Avoid. They claim to dispatch products within two weeks. They'll send you regular emails saying that your order is on its way when it's not. My order was dispatched 3 weeks after I placed it and 4 days after they assured me they'd cancelled it because it failed to arrive in time for me to use the shoes.

It took multiple emails to get them to cancel it and it turned out they lied when they said they'd done it. I've honestly never come across such a demonstrably dishonest retailer.

AMENDMENT 17/03/26: The shoes were delivered after almost a month, while I was away on the trip I'd ordered them for. Montarello agreed to refund the order in full and asked that I amend or delete this review. This is that amendment.
