Appalling service

Appalling service
I ordered a case for iPhone on the 10th November for delivery 14th November, I received message that delivery delayed 1 day and delivery now 15th November
I have tonight received an email advising delivery issue again and to contact carrier company
This is poor service, it’s not responsibility to contact carrier company.
I ordered item directly through Mont Blanc, and my contract is with Mont Blanc.
This is very poor service and not what I expect from a prestigious company
Please contact me directly and if you are not able to deliver quickly cancel order and refund.

I bought a black pad rubberised leather…

I bought a black pad rubberised leather belt from a jewellers in Ilkley for £300.00. Worn it once for 4 hours and the buckle is scratched. Went back to the jeweller who suggested speaking to MontBlanc direct. Their customer service suggested taking it to a local Mont Blanc boutique in Leeds, who said that the contract was with the jeweller who I bought it from. The product doesn’t appear to be fit for purpose, having spent thousands of pounds on Mont Blanc products over the years, I will not buy anything else and suggest anyone else thinking about buying from this brand to think again

Sunglasses lens breakdown

I bought a pair of montblanc sunglasses and the lenses started crazing after eighteen months. Even though I had three independent views from qualified opticians that the glass was breaking down, montblanc customer service didn’t want to know about it. After several emails from them, all to a script, I gave up wasting my time. I will never buy anything from montblanc again.

Their customer service is terrible

Their customer service is terrible: I had to return a watch for repairs and have been waiting for over a month. I emailed their customer service in Dutch (the official language of the country where I bought the watch) and they replied me that I should contact them in English, French, German, Spanish or Italian (even though the response email had an address in Belgium and The Netherlands mentioned in the footer). Op top of that they don't have access to the dealers system so they don't know what to tell me. And of course the good old excuse used by so many companies these days "We have had a Group-wide system changeover, which affects the processing of worldwide service cases as well as a backlog of emails. the service team is tirelessly working to ensure this is rectified and we return back to our lead times known to our clients in the past.". No more Montblanc for us.

Don’t buy anything Montblanc

Unfortunately I couldn’t rate less than 1, non existent customer service, total hot air and a disregard for their customers or should I say victims. Montblanc blame a new computer system installed over 6 months ago….. my recommendation is buy a Chinese fake instead, both options have no customer service but at least the Chinese are more honest

Don’t buy online you will regret it

One of the worst experiences I had.

According to their website and terms and conditions it is free returns with no trouble.

However upon the package being collected by ups, they send the package back to you claiming the invoice was not attached

All 3 copies of the invoice was attached, I have photographic and video evidence, filled in the online form and yet still somehow they manage to lose the package upon return as well.

Also somehow you have to return to Italy, so it is all shady business practices where they cannot even setup a return broker with all the profits they make

I will be calling my credit card company to reverse the transaction hopefully that will get somewhere

Don’t buy from Mont Blanc

Hi, I bought a watch from the store in Bicester Village at the end of November 2023. When I bought the watch I was assured that if the battery went in the 12 months it would be replaced free of charge. I called the shop yesterday to confirm this and was told the same information.

Having visited the shop today, and after a prolonged visits( part of this being told to come back in 2 hours when the manager would be there. We are no further forward, being told they couldn’t find the watch, the purchase and questioning if I bought it from there. I was made to feel like I had stolen the watch.

After 2 hours the manager was still not there and was advised to come back after another 2 hours. We had made a 60 make round trip so waiting another 2 hours for the manager to make an appearance was not acceptable, especially after being told yesterday this service was available.

We were advised to take the watch to the store in New Bond Street ( more expense) where they would be able to change the battery in store at no cost and it would take approx 1 hour.

I have called the store in New Bond Street to confirm this information is correct and have been advised that I would need to pay £40 for a new battery and this would take 5-6 weeks.

I find you customer service to be lacking and for an expensive premium store completely unacceptable.

Can you please come back to me with a resolution.

APPALLING/THE WORST - I WOULD NOT WISH THIS LEVEL OF SERVICE ON MY WORST ENEMY!

I wanted to get my Meisterstuck pen repaired at the start of December 2023, and from the start to end it took nearly over 6 months of hell!
They were the worst at dealing with and providing an update on the repair, and the delays were unacceptable!
They did offer to do the repair for free due to the appalling and delayed service, but even then it was a nightmare!
The repair was on-going for so long that they even promised to send me free refills, which I have still never received. They are a joke!
I admit that they make the best pens, but they provide the WORST service I have ever experienced, and could ever imagine!
As per the title of this review, I WOULD NOT WISH THIS LEVEL OF SERVICE ON MY WORST ENEMY!

5 months ago I ordered a new leather strap for my Montblanc Timewalker watch via my jewelry store. They never delivered. The jewelry store says Montblanc doesn't answer their requests for information. Montblanc has the worst service level.

Echoing all the reviews here about poor service on repairs, no ownership for the problem & simply pushing responsibility to their agent, who has no control over the situation.
Whilst I love the look of their products I will never buy from them again based on the horrific service I’ve received. The problem remains unresolved.

Wow terrible reviews confirm my experience

Wow, reviews are terrible. I emailed customer care because I was ignored whilst trying to buy in selfridges 3 times and I’m not sure why the sales staff are so obnoxious. I chased their reply after a month and I’m still ignored. Why is anyone buying their products and how can they get away with just totally ignoring people and remain in business? Seems I’m not the only one with a bad experience

I have sent them approximately 10…

I have sent them approximately 10 emails about a faulty fountain pen and no reply.
Their roller ball and fineliner refills are incredibly expensive and useless. Much better quality from any cheap felt tip pen. So you spend six or seven hundred euro on a pen and you cannot use it.
Would never buy any Mont Blanc product again. Overpriced (rip off actually) poor quality and non existent customer service.

Absolutely appalling quality for the cost

Absolutely appalling quality for the amount you pay. Partner spent $250 for a card holder and only ever held a few cards in it on special occasions. When we questioned warranty for loose stitching and leather swelling on the product being just under 2 years old, they advised it was because of “misuse and having more than 4 cards inside”. Tried to advise that my partner literally only has a bank card, license and insurance card (3 cards) however, their technician with “10 years experience” disagreed. Ridiculous that we both have card holders and wallets that cost quarter of the price and hold up better, probably have a better warranty and customer service too.
