I bought ski passes online for Chamonix over 1000 euro for 4 passes
Now on the first day of skiing one of our skiers broke an ankle
I applied for a refund for the one pass and they asked had I insurance taken out on the passes
Not at all helpful in our time of need, very disappointed ☹️ with the service.
My advice is to not use this company
Buy your ticket by the day!! a pack of money hungry vultures
Holiday ruined by accident but they managed to make it worse 🤬

I purchased advanced tickets to ski at Les Houches. There was lots of snow, but for no reason and without any warning they closed all but two ski lifts in the resort, without communicating this fact. I only found out at the top of the mountain. When I requested a refund they said their commercial director had instructed the staff not to provide any refunds on the basis there was not enough snow. This was a lie and they opened more lifts a few days later despite hot weather melting the snow, no new snowfall and runs which had no snow cannons. The management team is dishonest and has no care for customers, they only want your money. Furthermore, many runs had not been marked as closed so I had unknowingly skied down a piste leading only to a closed chairlift. This is both highly dangerous as there were no patrols and an accident would go unnoticed for days potentially. Furthermore I had to hike back up the hill in ski boots carrying skis to get back to an open lift. This resort should be closed down until a reasonably competent management team, who can run a safe resort in an honest manner can be installed.
