Toddler Busy Board not as photoed & bad quality
The toddler busy board received did not match the description at all- it had only one included page not the three on the website photos
There were no numbers or alphabet as shown online but a calendar, clock and days of the week on one side and a cheap felt puzzle with stick on Velcro on the other.
The felt was cheap and nasty and clearly manufacturing en masse very cheaply with no indication of country of origin. Colour was faded yellow not vibrant orange as per online photo
I have requested a full refund. That refund required me to send the product back to Sweden (despite it being dispatched from some undisclosed cheap manufacturer country elsewhere) at my own cost which was going to be higher than the value of the product. Misleading and deceptive commercial behaviour peddling substandard products and so the 100% refund is entirely misleading when you have to spend more returning the product than it cost.
