One star is too many

One star is too many - absolutely terrible company that serves as a front for Hazelton's, which has been written up as defrauding many customers. They will promise overnight delivery or delivery on a preferred date, and then fail to meet that delivery without any notification. When you try to get in contact, they will not respond for days (despite saying all emails will be responded to within 24 hours). Even when failing to deliver, they will insist on no refunds. I have taken up the matter with my credit card company and I urge others not to use this business. They frequently scrub their google reviews of negative comments, so it is hard to know before purchasing what the real story is (only positive reviews from 2018 are shown).
