Just a shout out for customer services at monument tools, wallington, surrey. I have in recent years, been the proud owner and user of a gem of a tool, 6 inch wide jawed adjustable wrench. Rarely a job goes by when I don't find it invaluable as a boiler engineer. Recently experienced a problem with it, and was looked after like a VIP by Lisa A and others at monument tools. Rare to find British made tools nowadays, and this tool is like a piece of jewellery, I was lost without it,,,, but not for long ! Very many thanks steve.

Well what can i say, 15 years in the plumbing trade and of the different benders i have had the monument ones are top of the pile by a long shot. I also have several other monument tools that are all just of the same high quality. Customer service for the company also cant be faulted, emailed with a query and got a reply straight back with query resolved straight away. Would highly recommend for any tools.

Our faith in customer service is restored! Our plumber was struggling to find an essential tool to complete our new boiler installation before Christmas and Monument seemed to be the only stockist. Although their warehouse was closed and they too far away from us to travel to, Bob came to the rescue. He arranged to meet my husband when he was en route to visit family so that we could pick up the tool. Thank you Bob - Christmas is back on track!

This is the correct website for Monument Hand Tools. After seeing great reviews and hearing loads of good stuff from plumber pals I just invested in a Monument (originals) 15mm pipe cutter from Screwfix. I honestly wish I’d bought one years ago. It’s a game changer. Cuts quickly, cleanly, perfectly. A lot, if not all Monument tools are U.K. made (sadly some aren’t so be careful to check for the ‘made in Britain’ sign on the website.

Let’s all invest in ourselves and spend a little more in favour of quality tools. They work better and you get the great feeling that comes when you know you’re protecting jobs and communities. Quality manufacturers like monument survive and will thrive if we cut out our addiction to cheap poorly made Chinese kit. Buy British, Buy Yank, Buy Aussie, Kiwi, Canadian and Commonwealth and you won’t regret it!
