Seems that it takes forever to get your merchandise. After an extended check clearing period now my order is just sitting in the shipping que now. It’s been there for three days. I called twice and spoke to 2 different people on 2 different days. They told me it would be shipped “today or tomorrow”. Well it has not happened yet. It seems they have no idea on when it will be shipped. And I’m starting to wonder if it will ever be shipped.

Update:
You have heard my complaint. Instead of playing games and “wondering” if I received my shipment yet. You should focus more on fulfilling you orders in a more timely fashion. This was my first order with you company and you are, by far, the slowest in fulfilling orders of any company I have dealt with. So accept that reality or change it.

I started stacking a little over two years ago. A vast majority of my silver has been purchased from Monument Metals.
Their prices are lower than the competition and service is great. They are my go to online dealer.

placed order 1/27/2023, gave my account number to your rep. with check codes. Check cleared 1/30. I was told on Friday 2/3 I would get mailing information that day or Monday. Today is Tuesday 2/7, a lady manager said you should get your mailing date by Thursday? I was dealing with another company in the past thinking your service would be good, but to my surprise it was a bad choice ! After this experience with your company I will return to Money Metals . When they promise you a date you get it.

I always review prices on Monument Metals with other well known online metals dealers for silver stacking. Almost 100% of the time, Monument Metals has the best price for the silver stacking products I am looking for.

If you could only have one metals dealer, Monument Metals would be my pick.

All 10 2022 Silver Canadien Maples leaves were loose from their flips and scratching each other tumbling around during transit. Also my package was shipped from Maryland to Seattle before coming to Florida. Whereas the usual course is Fredrick, MD to Linthicum, MD to Jacksonville, FL then Pensacola, FL. Main problem being the first described.

This was my first order/experience with Monument Metals. The ordering process was easy, and they kept me informed every step of the way up to the delivery at my front door. Excellent experience and absolutely no complaints. Received what I ordered.

Best quality and price on silver and gold coins so far. The prices are nearly unbeatable apposed to other online dealers and I've never received a scratch or milk spotted coin or bar. I recently had a bad experience ordering some random date 1/4 oz gold maples at another extremely popular online Bullion store and they looked like someone was trying to make gold street art with them, they were in horrible shape and the price was only a few bucks cheaper than buying BU. Never again. From now on I'm doing most of my online shopping here at Monument Metals .
