Shame on this company after having 10 boxes of flyers delivered via dpd to an innocent householder. When contacted washed their hands of the problem leaving the house holder to deal with disposal.

The acting manager tony has very poor planning and commuication probably the carnivore diet

The delivery is exceptional , but am trying to find out if their dairy is using , or thinking of using Bovaer ..

Agree with previous review writer ...noisy driver !!!..slams the door as loud as he can...no attempt to be quiet at 1.27am in the morning...extremely inconsiderate

We have been using this company for a few years now. I find their website so easy to use. I can amend my orders whenever I need to. I do not go to the supermarket as much as I use to, so saves me money.
Whenever we have had any issues with our delivery, they put it right straight away.

I have read the negative reviews and wonder if they are true.
We have used this company for years and find the products good quality. Life saver in the pandemic as I ordered pretty much everything I needed in the way of eggs fruit and vegetables. I use the website for pretty much all admin, very easy. If I do call them my query is dealt with in a polite and efficient way.

Milk goes off within a couple of days. Also their delivery drivers and vans are very loud, no effort to deliver quietly. Keep waking my neighbours and now environmental health are on my case. Avoid.

It's true that sometimes communication is a bit slow, but this is clearly a small organization and what really matters is that the milk deliveries are absolutely reliable and when they realize there is a problem they deal with it right away. Very personable, prices reasonable. Long live home milk delivery.

Great company, always sort it out if they get it wrong. Polite and friendly and drivers who work super hard to get things done right!

If there were zero stars that's what this company would get. You get zero communication from this people!! Keeping getting order mixed up. They Never answer phone or emails. Pure ignorant. Unfortunately I have to deal with them because of some of the elderly I take care of, order from this appalling company. I will endeavour to help my client finding a more reliable company. 👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼

Waited over 3 days for an admin to approve my account so I could place an order but it was never done ! Signed up to milk and more for my home and business no hassle with account being approved , delivery next day so will use these , I tried to support local but clearly they aren't interested in the community just money

Delighted to be able to start organic milk deliveries (& cheese, butter, cream etc) during Covid-19. Easy to get started, easy to amend order / add items online, and on the last few months' experience the products have all been excellent and the delivery reliable. Well done and thank you.
