Absolutely fabulous customer service, other companies should take note. Any orders have been delivered quickly and clothing lovely.

Highly recommend using Moo Bou.

I buy most of my clothes now from Moo Boo on line as I live a fair distance away. Their clothes are stylish, excellent quality and reasonably priced. I get so many compliments whenever I wear any of their outfits. Staff are very friendly and helpful and items are delivered quickly too. I can't recommend them highly enough!

I have ordered a couple of items from Moo Bou. The cardigan arrived with a hole in the sleeve and when the boiler suit arrived it was made from very cheap material with lots of loose threads. I then had to pay the delivery charge on the return. I won’t be ordering from them again.

This was my first experience with Moo Bou having deliberated for way too long over their balloon trousers. I took the plunge and they did not disappoint. They really do look amazing and you really can dress them up or down! I'm 5,4 and a size 10 to give you some scale. They did take a while to arrive but Christy was extremely responsive and chased up the delivery for me. They did send me the wrong trousers but again, there was absolutely no issues getting this resolved. The replacement trousers arrived in 2 days and I was refunded the postage for sending the incorrect ones back. Mistakes happen, it's how companies deal with it that counts. I also bought the basic tee which is also fab. I am now obsessing over all their clothes and am considering a move to Stockport for convenience 😜. Thanks Moo Bou x

Mostly good quality. T Shirts were however disappointing. Very thin, see through and very clingy for 'one size'. To return items you have to pay the postage.

I’ve just received my barrel trousers and absolutely love them. I’m 5,2” size 8 for ref and they fit lovely. There was a slight delay in them receiving the trousers from the supplier which they Emailed me about and then posted them next day delivery in time for my holiday. Great communication and customer care from Christie and I’ll definitely be buying more.

What lovely people! I was in a bit of a hurry and contacted them to check on dispatch and they checked and ensured my order wasn't delayed by bank holiday.

I ordered two pairs of the linen balloon trousers. Arrived well packaged (no plastic!) and promptly.

Love the trousers. I am sure I will be back to this brand for more.

Loved my balloon trousers & linen top which I wore on my trip to Japan. I immediately ordered another pair of trousers on my return with a couple of other items. Now they have just released the weekly drop and I have a new wish list! Response to query was quick and love everything so far! I am looking forward to my next order, my bank balance, not so much!

I have over the last couple of months quite a lot and have always been pleased with the quality of the clothes, and, if I have needed to send an item back because it perhaps doesn't fit as I wish there is never any problems and I have a refund very promptly - it is a pleasure dealing with Moo Bou, many thanks Sharon Jones
