Always a great service from mood london. I buy the oils for defusser. They have an absolutely beautiful smell. Which goes through the whole house. And makes it smell amazing 👏 🤩

The range of Mood is amazing, the different oud, fragrance you get and oils is amazing. The smell is so different and lasts longer than anything else i have had. I experienced this in Milton Keynes about September time (2025) the people working there we're friendly and very helpful.

What’s not to love? Ok, it’s probably more expensive than your average designer fragrance but let’s face it, mood isn’t average! It’s insane! I use my husband’s, my husband uses mine and when you’ve sprayed, it last agesssss, I’m taking open up your wardrobe when you’ve sprayed it, hung your blazer in there weeks’ ago and you can still smell it ages! It’s an investment dahlings! Blonde maracuja is the one 👌

Mood London is the best place to get your perfumes. Last so long. So many different options to choose from and all of them are amazing.

The fragrances are absolutely amazing. Love them all. Highly recommend for gifts for daily use, any occasions. Lasts long and smells superb. Keep up the good work guys.

I will never ever buy from them again .. 👎I’ve been a regular costumer and have bought a lot of perfumes from them last one I bought which was a 100ml 150£ the top of the perfume after every spray was leaking took pictures and videos the same day I received it I sent them to them many times they never reply back !! Avoid them go and buy some proper ones from serious perfume makers

I recently bought the gift set for my parents and Tracy wokring at the Mood London booth in Edinburgh at the st james quarter was so helpful and kind. All the memebers working on the 24/12/2025 were so friendly and approchable. I will be back.

Purchased the Toffee Leather in 150ml the other day. Always impressed with the quality of products, I think I’ve gone through each fragrance and oil and have yet to find another company that does it better. Their fragrance's last all day and are beautifully balanced when you layer them up.
I was served by Abbas from the Cardiff team whose energy is always so warm and bubbly. Cardiff team overall are always welcoming and attentive. Highly recommend to everyone

I’d like to start off by saying how amazing the staff are at Mood Brent Cross were, but Bianca in particular.

She is an absolute professional, very knowledgeable and has nothing short of excellent customer service.

She assisted me with fragrances that not only suited me but complimented me as an individual.

I’d highly recommend you visit her and I’m sure you won’t be disappointed.

This company took my money, sent out a product to the wrong address and was unwilling to help get a replacement sent. Advised me that in fairness to everyone else, they are unwilling to help me. Poor customer service

i was served by Manager Daniel today. he really knew what he was doing and talking about, had a good rapport with everyone that was looking in, and made time to speak to and serve everyone.
i really felt like he took the time to know me, my likes and my thoughts about perfume. he picked a really good scent, and i dont usually splash out but i felt confident with this purchase. ill definitely be coming back!!

I bought blond Marcuja when I had sample it has strong smell. 30 ml still good. When I purchased 100ml paid £150. It doesn’t last not even an hour. Very disappointed wasted my money.
