The restaurant was less than half full when we had arrived. A party of three.
Our table was located in the centre of the restaurant where waiting staff would have to pass by therefore, one couldn't miss us - you think!
I was told by one of our party that Mood restaurant chain was geared towards the more 'fine dining clientele.
1. Unfriendly welcome by the door waitress;
2. receiving the menu we waited at least, 20 min before a waitress came by to take our order.
3. After a 60 min waiting time and having noticed that the restaurant had become busy and that diners who had arrived after ourselves were already being served, we enquired and 30 min later STILL nothing brought to our table.
4. Agitated response from the waitress at the cash register when one of our party angrily told her that we were leaving and never to return.
