The dresses look fantastic online. One said fabric was linen and cotton.
When the 4 came all are polyester..absolutely horrible and wd never wear. Now I have to try and get my aus $ back...didn't know it was us $ and got totally ripped off. Don't go near these scammers

Total scam, they don't deserve even a star. Everything in the other reviews is correct, what they sent me has absolutely nothing to do with the item advertised. The print was horrible, the style of the jumper had nothing to do with the one advertised and the quality is the worst I have ever seen buying online, however the price was quite high!
In my case the support team answered offering first a 20% discount voucher which I did not accept, tuem they offered 40% but come on, I am not going to spend a single cent more on this shop. They finally sent me a return address and said that I had to pay for the return cost and then, once they receive the item if everything is ok and meets the returning policy they would refund me!! How funny, isn't it? Treating you as if you were the criminal here. Their ads should be completely removed from any platform

I wish there was a choice for no star! I didnt receive most of my order and the one thing that I did get is horrible cheap and nothing like the picture! Or should u say it is a picture I ordered A sweater instead a cheap polyester jacket came that had a sweater print on it! SMH. AND you don’t want to give me my money back!!!!!

Ordered two of the lovely Japanese Art jackets from Moodesigner. Omigoodness, they are so awful. The cheapest printed flannel, white inside. The shoulder seams are off by close to two inches on either side. The cheap clasps are sewn too tight to fit the sewn cloth buttons. It's really embarrassing. I asked for a refund and they asked for pictures. No response yet. I don't want to waste postage sending this silliness back. Lesson learned.

All the items we ordered were ridiculous quality almost like plastic. We have tried to return them and they wouldn’t respond except for giving us an amount towards store credit. Do not be fooled by nice pictures on their website. They are scammers.

Wish I would’ve read it on this website first, but don’t buy from there. They’re not knitted. They’ll tell you it’s knitted you wait forever and it’s a lie. It doesn’t look like nothing on the picture if I can get a refund I would but I know they’re not gonna give it to me

This is what I'm experiencing with Moodesigner.
They trade from China, using the cheapest material possible and by the time you receive your product looking forward to it, you get shocked, when you try to contact them not happy, even though the product details wasn't explained, they ask you to post it back to China paying £10's of pounds out of your pocket, even though in the UK if the seller lied or incorrectly marketed a product, they should pay for returns.
Don't use, the product is not worth it.

If I could give zero stars I would! I definitely should have looked this company up before buying! I purchased item 12/4/24 and it wasn’t delivered until 12/29/24. Item purchased looks nothing like the item I received! Please learn from my mistake and the previous customers that were angry enough to right a review and not buy from this company!

It is strongly advisable to avoid this company based on my experience. I wish I had read reviews beforehand, as it would have saved me significant frustration. Shortly after placing an order, I attempted to cancel within a few hours. However, I was informed that cancellation would incur ordering fees, despite the order not yet being shipped or processed according to my account. Reluctantly, I decided to proceed with the purchase to avoid being charged for unprocessed goods.

After a wait of three weeks, I received three out of the four items I had ordered. Unfortunately, these items were of poor quality—made of plastic rather than embroidered as advertised, and nothing like the images presented on the website. Upon disputing the matter with the company via PayPal, I was initially offered a partial refund. Later, I was offered a full refund on the condition that I shipped the items back to China at my own expense. This was an unreasonable demand, given that the fault lay with the company.

Thankfully, PayPal ruled in my favour and provided a full refund. However, the process was time-consuming and left me with faulty items that I can only repurpose as rags. This experience has taught me the importance of checking third-party reviews and verifying a company’s credibility before making purchases.

In conclusion, I cannot recommend this company due to the misleading product descriptions, poor customer service, and the added costs of resolving issues. I hope they improve their practices to ensure a more honest and reliable service for future customers.

Do NOT purchase from this site! It is a scam!! They only sent me part of my order and refused to refund me for items that were not received. The items that were received were very POOR quality, not cotton as advertised, and the pictures were extremely blurry.

Goods do not look anything like the picture. It takes three weeks to receive. It is a Chinese company and if you want to return the goods, it is £25 charge for tracking a package. Quality is rubbish, cheap acrylic with a plastered picture to make it look like a wool cardigan. Difficult to get any refund, I am still trying...

Do not buy, bad shipping time 3 weeks to get it , bad Quality, not what you see in the photos, I bought 2 hoodies adult size 2XL & 1XL animal size way too small , & no phone number & it doesn’t say where is it made . Bad Quality. 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

Absolutely shite! These Chinese fake sites are everywhere now. I got my good but they went straight into the bin...not even worth handing down or giving to charity it's full of plastic and chemicals! They make it seem like an American company but it's Chinese and made by slave labour! Disgusting...but I should have checked before committing so a bit my fault to trust anything online.

"Palestinian Thobe Embroidery Tatreez Flowy Maxi Dress" dress is made from Rubbish plastic fabric and NOT EMBROIDERED fake blurred print to make it look on camera a little embroided but totally not feels like rubbish fabric not breathable not even work wiping my car with! SCAM! Image photoshop'd on there website fake!

I have ordered 2 cardigans, the items I received have nothing to do with the items I thought I was buying.

They are a cheap copy version, not even similar to the photos on their website. No information on refund or return on their website. The link doesn't work...
It's a scam, avoid them!

I placed an order 8/15/24 and still hadn't received shipping notification a week later. I sent an email and they responded that it was the normal processing time. I asked for a refund (I was afraid it was a scam site after seeing the other reviews here) and they sent a shipping notification 30 min before responding that they couldn't refund because it had shipped. I received my order 8/30/24.

Quality of the clothing is not the best. Graphics are not as sharp as on the photos. Women's clothing is not tailored very well, the sleeves are huge, no cuffs on them etc. But overall I'm just happy I didn't get scammed lol.
