Sehr schlechter Support und kein Kundenservice

Ich kann es absolut nicht nachvollziehen, warum der Shop es nicht schafft, nachdem ich ihn mehrmals darum gebeten habe, meine Zahlung auf Klarna um 25 % zu reduzieren.
Mir wurde die gekürzte Zahlung versprochen, wenn ich die Ware behalte und nicht zurückschicke.
Mittlerweile habe ich die, aber bei Klarna steht immer noch eine Differenz aus.
Ich bin wirklich sehr wütend darüber, dass der Shop das nicht endlich korrigiert.

Finger weg von diesem Shop

Bei der Bestellung hatte ich nur 1 Artikel im Warenkorb und Abschluss hatte ich plötzlich 3 im Warenkorb. Am gleichen Tag habe ich storniert was aber laut Shop nicht mehr möglich war.
Jede Menge EMail habe ich verschickt aber keiner wollte helfen. Also habe ich die Annahme bei Hermes verweigert. Das Paket ging zurück aber beim Shop ist es wohl nie aufgetaucht.
Musste jetzt aber trotzdem bezahlen.

Hände weg von dieser Website!! Habe 1 mal bestellt und 3 Bestellungen mit Zahlungsaufforderungen sind durchgegangen. Jetzt versuche ich jemanden von moodi zu kontaktieren....UNMÖGLICH!!!!

Mir ging es genauso

Mir ging es genauso, habe die Annahme verweigert, habe das Produkt sogar nach unzähligem hin und her Schreiben auf meine Kosten zurück geschickt.
Firma Moodi reagiert nicht und ich musste 110 Euro bezahlen
Vorsicht vor dieser Firma!
