Very poor executed service

Very poor executed service. No real verification when buying a product. Very slow shipping, waited three weeks for my product that was estimated to arrive within two- three days.

You purchased an order item that had an estimated delivery of 14 business days.

UPS tried to deliver the package to you on the 17th, but as you were not home, they delivered it to a UPS access point.

As you did not pick up the package, the order was sent back to us today, and we have already offered to send it to you again.

I'd live to give 50 Stars, but I can only give 5...;-) "Eva" came fast, perfectly packed and in perfect condition. I love Bjørn Wiinblad's creations since I travelled to Denmark with my parents for the first time and many times after that. So the beautiful pot reminds me especially of my mother- her name was Eva!

Very bad experience.

Very bad experience.

Moodings is very bad at communicating, there is a big lack of transparency on their website about delays.

We ordered with my wife a lamp from Fritz Hansen (Avion) > it was supposed to take 2 weeks and we received it after 4 months. When they got the lamp in the warehouse they delivered only the cords and forgot the lamp….

We order a konsol from Gubi and one of the marble plate broke. We sent them emails, we called them and it took 3 weeks to get a new one.

Very disappointing experience with this company… I think the big designer brands are even worse because they are covering themselves behind companies like Moodings.

Be careful when your order an item with a lovely discount because it can take for ever to get it.

FYI: We got a free blanket to compensate us.

I am truly sorry for the bad experience you have had.

Your order was affected by heavy delays due to Covid-19 and lack of materials. When we finally received the lamp, the order was split in two boxes, and you only received the one. We of course sent the other box as soon as we were notified, but it is of course no excuse, as it is our responsibility to make sure that you receive the whole order.

Regarding the consol; it is of course very unlucky that it was broken on delivery. Sometimes the product is not intact on delivery, and we will of course try to fix the issue at hand as fast as possible.

However, the supplier has to manufacture a whole new product, and that can take some time along with the shipment time on top that. I apologize for the inconveniences you have experienced with our service, and I am sorry that we could not find a better solution.

Recently my apartment needed refurbishing, for which I have decided to use products from a company, from which the products will give a soul to my surroundings. The Moodings instagram has shown in my discovery page and I felt instantly hooked. Great realisation and customers service. Will be coming again!

Still haven't received the goods

Still haven't received the goods. Ordered 2 weeks ago and each time they say it is coming. It was marked 3-4 days on the website. No urgency form their customer service and they failed to understand that I had ordered them for an important event. I would never recommend this company to anyone.

Could be better…

I am very happy with the quality of the table I ordered. Nevertheless, during delivery the a corner of the table was damaged. I informed Moodings twice about my disappointment but had no answer from them…

I really like the website and designer’s selection but they should choose another company for the delivery and be more reactive…when a problem occur

I had to wait 8 weeks before my order…

I had to wait 8 weeks before my order arrived. So that was disappointing. Only after inquiries I learned there was a delay in shipment. It would have been great if you would have informed me by your selves.

Order was delayed by 6 weeks.

Order was delayed by 6 weeks. A small lamp shade delayed the whole 7000dkk order up by 6 weeks, as I found out in the last couple of days. At no point did they suggest to send this shade later or cancel this part of the order. I thought the whole order was delayed. Even after multiple emails chasing and explaining that we were left without any kitchen lights because of this delay they never specified it was just a minor item that was holding back everything else.
Rather frustrating.
