I purchased a Scarecrow Halloween mask from the company Bryoon. They advertise their Halloween masks as durable multi layers of burlap. Foam padding inside for comfort. Lace up back. I finally received the mask a month after ordering it. The mask is a cheap thin rubber knock off of the masks being sold on grimstitchfactory.com, the description they give is nothing like what I received. Looking at their website you can tell they stole photos and descriptions from the website grimstitchfactory.com They claim to have a 100% money back ironclad guarantee. That’s probably also a big lie.

Came in a vacuum sealed bag, flattened. Opened the bag, it puffed right up. But, alas, the thing arrived with a gaping hole in the seams.

scam they dont respond and never ship it out

I ordered one on November the 28th last year. No word about anything, no tracking details no nothing. I have contacted them quite a few times but never received a response and I have tried contacting them about a refund still nothing

Payed $30 for one plushie and havent gotten anything in 3 weeks. Emailed them twice. No response. DO NOT SPEND MONEY THEY WILL TAKE IT AND YOU WILL GET NOTHING.

Ordered 6 months ago, never arrive, be alert.

Placed an order early March and I can’t track it. I’m scared I was scammed. But reading that some you still got it and it was delayed made me happyish. I think I’ll order one off Amazon or one that I’m following on Instagram seems more legit.

Back in January I ordered 4 of them from a buy 1 get 3 free snapchat deal. Just today I received ONLY 1 OF THEM in the mail. I don't have tracking on the other three and am concerned I may never receive them at this rate.

Placed my order on 12th of November. It's now been more than three months and I'm still yet to receive my order, any tracking information or a reply from the team. Seriously don't even bother ordering.

thought it was a scam but just took ages to arrive

Placed an order on Nov 21, 2020 and it is now Jan 12 and still have no shipping information or tracking number. Emailed them twice and got no reply. They took my money on Nov 23rd from my bank account. I will be contacting my bank to reverse the charge and filing complaint. Terrible company and service, avoid this scam.

Would give 0 stars if it was possible. COMPLETE SCAM. It's been over 9 weeks now that I'm waiting for my package to arrive. I have requested a refund, as at this point I'm sure it's not arriving and the tracking is a complete mess. They have been completely ignoring emails where I had asked for a refund. Don't waste your money and time on this.

Ordered from them a month ago and nothing came and my tracking number won’t work. Complete scam

Ordered 3 different colours, was sent 3 of the same colour. Emailed to fix, they were helpful at first and said they would ship me out new ones and would be given tracking when it shipped. I’ve heard nothing, I’ve contacted them four times with no response since November 23rd. Their website doesn’t even have the octopus’ on it anymore soooo ya bull selling it for over price $$

This store is a complete and total scam. I ordered from them prior to Halloween and it is two weeks into December and I still have yet to receive my package. My tracking number stopped working a week ago and simply says "arriving late". I never got an expected delievery date, so telling me it's "arriving late" tells me nothing. I don't believe it ever even got shipped out. I've contacted customer support three times in the last two months and no response at all. Total scam. Save your money. Go on Amazon instead, I wish I would've.

Ordered 3 weeks ago and haven't heard anything since. I wrote an email and got no reply.

I ordered during the 3for1 sale in October and didn’t receive my order for quite some time. I waited about 5-6 weeks. My tracking number wasn’t working and I got really concerned. I sent them an email and received a different tracking number that was last updated 14 days ago and stated that my parcel was stuck in transit in Shanghai. So I got even more worried and suspicious. But two days later my package arrived at my house in Germany. So the delivery takes very long and the tracking is suspicious because it’s not accurate but in the end, everything worked out for me. The mood plushs are very cute and decent quality. The package included my exact order in all the different colors I chose. I’m quite happy and relieved, I must say. It definitely takes patience! But for me, it was worth it!
