I ordered and received my free pair, they were great. So I ordered several, and never got them. When I visited the website to reach out to customer service, it was not functional. I am upset that they took my money and disappeared, no notice of going out of business, nothing. It’s been a year and a half trying to get answers to no avail.
I signed up for the free underwear promo. I have not received any confirmation or any packages after paying for the postage.
I’ll cut my losses because it really isn’t that much.. but pretty upsetting they delete people’s comments on their instagram page. Clearly people just want to know why they aren’t receiving their purchases.

I decided to take Mool up on their free pair of period underwear. All I had to do was pay for postage which was just over AUD$10.
The underwear is amazing. Well crafted, absorbent and actually fashionable for period undies.
I will definitely be investing in another pair.
