The whole shop is a scam. I should have detected this when the pricing was too good to be true. I'm a firm believer that karma will get back at these people and their families. The worst thing you could do in your life is to feed your families with stolen money. Sickness and death will come unexpectedly and ugly because of what you do.

this place is a fraud package has been in transit for 48 days and they constantly keep giving me the run around

I orders a bag for my trip to Rome and this was around August. We are now in October, never received anything and they are very bad with communication.

BIG FRAUDSSS DONT BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE CHILDEREN OF THE FATHER OF ALL LIES.

Never received my bags that I ordered months ago. They told me that they couldnt refund me and that the bag was shipped.

I ordered from this shambles of a company in may, ordered a gift personalised for Father’s Day. By the end of June I had not received, I emailed them asking about the delay.
They informed me as my parcel had been shipped, they were not responsible for the delay.
Tracking information had not even been updated at this stage except an email to say it had been shipped after I contacted them in June.
July I emailed for a refuse, couldn’t refund as they had already “sent the item.”
I told them I ordered in may for Father’s Day and wanted a refund, that if I received the item they would get it back.
Have not had a response since and we are now at the end of September.

I ordered a backpack with a compression bag built into it. After nearly 3 months, all I got was the compression bag - no backpack. I have written to them twice, but no reply.

Ablousty robbers this site is a joke ordered my items 4months ago still not received it they rob your money don't go near this site ...

It’s a scam! Been weeks now and still haven’t gotten my order!

Ordered on 27th June, still not received. Had no helpful responses through email. Scam

The worst company ever!! Bought a mother’s day gift and paid $79 aus for it - I have never received it and I ordered it in May 2025. They claimed they sent it but is with their courier. Moonlove advised once it leaves them they do not have to make sure it gets delivered. Moonlove are no longer responding. Courier company they use are just as bad - can’t ring them and they don’t respond. Atrocious customer service stay away from them!!

Very poor customer support. It has been a month and I have not received my order and I can not get a response from company. I will not fromthem.

Never sent my markers, when I looked at the shipping details it said 'returned to sender' 5 emails later and nothing! No replies no NOTHING!! Don't buy, they're scammers! Placed my order in MARCH 29th! It's now AUGUST?!!

I ordered an electric water gun from MoonLove in June and never received it. Despite multiple follow-ups over several weeks, I was never given a tracking number, just vague and repetitive excuses about delays and couriers.

They keep blaming the shipping company but provide no proof that the item was ever sent. I strongly suspect this is just another untransparent dropshipping operation. At no point did they show real accountability or offer a refund.

I’ve now had to open a dispute to recover my money and start reporting them.
Avoid this company — they do not deliver, and their customer service just strings you along.

"Customer Service" is anything but. Supposed to be expedited shipping, paid for shipping protection and everything and after multiple emails, their response was a PICTURE OF THE LOGO of the company THEY USE to ship their products and told me to contact them directly and that there's basically nothing they can do. ABSOLUTELY INSANE. Reported them to the SHOP app so hopefully they're removed entirely. Ordered a MONTH ago - still no package, no shipping update, no refund - NOTHING. Total waste.

Terrible, i have waited more than a month without getting my package, and the owners refuse to refund the money. Only apologies nothing else no services. Total dissapointment.

Absolutely rubbish, products are cheap if not plastic, they send you half of what you order. Email them asking for refund 2wks ago they have not replied but they were quick to take the money, also it takes for ever to get your parcel it’s a joke trust me DO NOT BUY FROM MOON LOVE you Wii be pissed an disappointed

I waited forever to get my package, and when it finally came, it was the wrong product AND the wrong amount of the product.
It is also impossible to get in touch with them, because all 3 ways to contact them gets no respons. And I cant write a review on the product on the website, so i have not been able to get them to fix it, or even answere me. Probably tryed contacting them over 10 times.

Don’t ever order from here. Never received my order. They really had me believing it would come too. But right after the refund/cancel date passes, they start to act like they’re so sorry that you haven’t received anything. I’d emailed them about 3 times a week for over two months and NOTHING. Yes, they replied, but the order never came. Also everything they make is overpriced. Lost $73. Save yourself man.
