What is happening to Moonacy
What is happening to Moonacy? Until this morning, there was an online chat even though no one was responding; now, when accessing their website, I no longer see it. I've written several times to their customer support, but it seems that my withdrawals are still pending. Is anyone else in the same situation or know more about it? Hey, Moonacy, could you please respond to us?
SCAM. They don't pay and don't answer
As others said, it worked until a week ago (last week of may) then they stopped processing withdrawal and don't answer to chat or email.
Soo probably I lost the money.
DON'T INVEST INTO MOONACY.IO
Today is 2nd June '25, if I get any news I will update this review
They stopped paying out might be to…
They stopped paying out might be to late but do not use them
There’s no positive
There’s no positive in using this type of companies at all don’t know why we all still victims for this
Looking more and more like an elaborate scam.. and now we know it is
Everything worked fine for two months. I deposited $10,000 and received daily payouts. However, four days ago, I withdrew my daily amount, but it never arrived in my wallet. This issue has occurred every day for the past four days.
Despite making 25 attempts to contact support, I’ve received no response.
Furthermore, I have confirmed that the Blockchain Life Conference's security team has launched an open investigation into Moonacy.
I strongly advise against using this platform for any financial activity—including swaps unless you are prepared to risk losing your entire deposit.
Update June 2nd
All support channels have been unresponsive for 5 days now. The "Live Chat " feature which was previously the only place to potentially receive a reply--has now been completely removed. I've spoken with several individuals whose withdrawals have also been suspended over the last week, and none have been given a reason. i am very disappointed in this "so called" company. As you can see, they are not even taking the time to respond to negative reviews on this page.
Update June 3,, Website is now gone. Fears of this company now realized. I have no respect for scum who don't want to work and find pleasure taking people of their hard-earned money. Lessons learned eveyday.
Another crypto scam?
Everything was working fine on the website, but as a couple days ago they are not processing withdrawals and the support team is unresponsive.
Moonacy is not who they say they are
Moonacy is not who they say they are. Extensive research has been done on this company and they've been caught using Russian chat servers hiding behind Dutch proxy's. They are a shell company with fake numbers displayed on their website with no actual business being done. None of their "team" can be found online because they are fictitious and don't even exist. They will NEVER respond to emails, only a chat service named Logan who will throw you in circles until you give up.
If you do receive returns, they are hoping this will build trust so you deposit more into your account, followed by them hitting you with KYC to be completed. I've spoken with 3 other people in private who have had their KYC rejected after submitting all documentation after waiting over a month. This is a classic pig butchering scam where their tactics are to build trust, hitting you with KYC, stating you failed KYC, then taking your money.
Little do they know that the secret service and multiple agencies are coming after them. Their time is running out and they know it.
Have I lost my money?
I invested 0.648015 BTC and 0.300 ETH in the pool in March. I had to do a ridiculous KYC which was rejected without any explanation. Since then my account has been blocked. I have not received any withdrawals. I had to fill out a repayment form and now I have been waiting for 3 weeks for the repayment of my investment. The company is not replying to any emails from me. I am insecure and afraid that MoonacyPool will not pay out my money.

Why KYC is completed and the investor…
Why KYC is completed and the investor does not have access to his funds? Moonacy protocol is behaving in a suspicious way, and people need to be aware. If you block an account for KYC and the process is completed, why the account is still blocked? No one in IT has the time to unblock it? Why the customer has to receive an email before the account is unblocked? Why the email has not been sent once the KYC is completed? Why some people get access to their funds within two weeks and others still have to wait for more than 30 days? This is complete disregard to ethical business practices. If you are doing something serious, then be serious about how you are treating your customers. I understand that you may lack experience in dealing with so many things at the same time, but unblock people's account once you verify their identify is extremely important. You pretend to care about what people say about you, but you are not doing the right thing. If you are not a scam, do thing the right way. You requested 30 days for KYC to be done, it is completed, then unblock people's account. Not doing so implies that you have something unethical in mind.
once you unblock my account, I will come back to update the review. I am even suspicious of other reviews about you. I am wondering if they are written by real people who are not associated with Moonacy itself. Very suspicious activities.
Update
This is in response to moonacy's rebutt:
I contacted moonacy via chat before writing the review, and the representative told me that everybody is already aware of the situation. I do not understand how the protocol team can pretend not to be aware of it. Second, by reading my review and complaint, you become aware now, and you should check to find out whose's account is still blocked even though the KYC is completed. You guys do not respond to email messages. You sometimes claim to send email to customers, but I personnaly have never received one from you. You are using a secret email system.
Anyway, I just sent a message to your support team, and I have left a message in the chat for your representative to pass on to the protocol team as you asked me to do. I am waiting to see what you are doing about it, whether or not there is some honesty in your dealing with customers.
I want to make a point about being registered in UK and FL (USA). In both agencies, they have not verified the identity of any moonacy team member. Anyone can fill out a form online and register a corporation in Florida and UK. Please, do not hide behind the idea that you are legal and legitimate simply because you have a business registration number. Many businesses, especially in crypto, disappear with customers' funds even though they were registered. Your level of transparency and honesty is what matters, not having registered in UK and FLorida.
Flagged content
It is unfortunately a fact. Florida Division of corpoaration does not verify the identity of named officers in online filing. In the UK, the Companies house does not do that either. They will start doing it in autumn 2025 due to a law that was passed in 2023 in UK. Google the content.

A Very Sketchy and Opaque Shell Company
I’m sharing my troubling experience with Moonacy Finance Solutions Limited (moonacy.io) to warn others. I give 1 star because they have a web chat, but it’s manned by seemingly different individuals who are evasive and give random evasive responses.
Initially, I deposited BTC 0.058, and for six weeks, accruals, withdrawals worked fine.
However, after depositing additional sums, one was lost, which showed as part available balance with the missing amount unaccounted for, and Moonacy provided shifting excuses: from we will rectify soon to a “security event” triggered a payment processor verification (April 2025), then shifting to a KYC request three weeks later. I declined KYC, as no prior notice was given, and I requested withdrawal, the first sign was my account showed a “pink line/stripe” error, blocking access to withdrawals. No info was given on the pink / reddish stripe until I contact the web chat which is known as one man 'LOGAN' I traced the web chat to a russian service provider jivo DOT ru which has a similar template to the Moonacy.io site and may well be linked.
When the excuses switched from we will fix your lost amount to, we sent you two emails for KYC, which they never did, it seemed very odd and random, clearly they were running out of excuses and the refund tactic in the hope I would disappear. I then demanded my funds be returned to my original wallet. Moonacy sent a basic refund form, stating it could take 30 days or sooner, which feels like another delay. Their whitepaper promises transparency with “public documentation” on smart contracts, but no details on the processor or restrictions have been shared. They don't answer emails requesting escalation to the IT head, just evasive responses and we don't do welcome chats, which is bizarre english, so they may well be good at English but its all pointing to potential Russian actors using dutch proxies to help get through as a western based company.
Research revealed no trace of CEO Charles Anderson or Andrew Ellison online, the Investment group Glintone solutions is a dissolved Russian company and is misrepresented as a UK Investment house, all fictitious, raising red flags. Moonacy is registered in the UK (Companies House #16146347, £3M capital) and Florida (Sunbiz #P25000016670, $10M shares), but filings show remote signatures and no financial reports for 18 months. A WHOIS check shows a Russian registrar, proxied on a Dutch server, with possible Belize ties, undisclosed in their UK/Florida/Cyprus claims.
I’ve reported Moonacy to the UK Insolvency Service and plan to contact FCA/SEC/ICO, with evidence like chats and public records. Heads-up: Be cautious depositing funds—withdrawals may be blocked with vague excuses. If you’ve faced lost funds, pink line errors, or KYC issues, please share here or privately. Transparency is lacking—proceed carefully.
I have also issued an IC3 complaint to the secret service and urge everyone to do the same whilst they are still active.
They claim to be speaking at Blockchain Life 2025 and giving away free tickets this is all to look legitimate, the event is run by a Russian company and have been alerted. They don't mention who the speaker is or what the agenda is, the stall is a tiny stall and doesn't resemble a company or reflect the share status, I believe they will pull from the event last minute They have no dev in london or US, it's all PO boxes.
I requested to speak to anyone at the company given the VIP level I was engaged at and every request was denied.
I have no doubt that funds are all but lost. time will tell.
I will reach out to trustpilot to work with the investigation.
I was correct all along, a criminal shady organisation. I urge everyone to submit reports to Interpol and FBI

KYC Review
Over 36k invested on the platform and I get flagged for KYC. My test deposit of 2k was making daily withdrawals okay, and then I put in 35k on a larger tier and I get my withdrawals suspended after 2 days. Now I cant make withdrawals on either investment and have gotten 0 response as to why.
They asked for KYC documents, which I sent in 2 weeks ago. Can't get an answer from any of their 3 emails given to me. Only can get a reply from the chat support.
They say it can take up to 30 days but what about KYC takes this long? No other exchange has taken more than 24 hours, and most are immediate now.
If there was a reason given or explanation, I'd be more settled. However, I'm told to just wait and I'll get an email when it's ready. Even though I've been told I will get a reply by X day on 3 separate conversations now.
I'll update my review after I'm able to make withdrawals from the platform. For now it's 2 stars because the chat support does reply. Other than that, 1 star for now.

A few days ago
A few days ago, there was a delay in my payout. Honestly, I don’t know if it was due to the BTC network or something else, but the fact remains that I had to wait. I wasted a lot of nerves dealing with support, frankly, they could respond faster instead of every five minutes, which might have resolved the issue sooner. In the end, the issue was sorted out, and I received my funds. Support told me it was due to slow BTC network transactions, I’m not sure if that’s true, but just something to keep in mind. My request to support: please respond promptly and avoid unnecessary delays - this is your job, after all. I hope you get a pay cut for this. For now, I’ve decided to keep my deposit with you, but if another delay happens, I’ll submit a withdrawal request and take all my funds. Thanks for listening.
