Great customer service, great reliable products.

I have purchased a few HHC products and I've been thoroughly impressed every time, the delivery times are also on point, I usually get mine 24 hours after ordering, which is great for unexpected dry-ups.

For my last order, there was a shortage of the product I ordered, and through fast and responsive customer service, they had sent a similar product and gave me a little extra for the trouble. Great service, highly recommend!

Initially good at responding when order was put on hold for no apparent reason. Said they would manually check order. Then proceeded to completely ghost me so have now accepted they have taken the money and run. Have no idea about quality of product, if it's anything like customer service probably terrible.

Not only is MBG’s customer service top notch, so is the product. I’ve been buying the thcp Nepalese hash and it’s absolute fire 🔥
One early order I’d commented that I hadn’t “loved” another product. On my next order a substitute was sent - it was lovely!

Such a shame to leave a 1 star. Things have usually been ok. But last order was a waste of money. It was a different looking 3ml vape I was sent. I managed two hits before it broke. It started burning it by itself before leaking everywhere. Not willing to spend £40+ for two hits again.

I had an issue with my order and with very little hassel the issue was resloved! Same day replies to emails, prompt resolution, you can't ask for more!

Very good website the guy it has really good customer service too which is quite refreshing.

Good customer service. The products are good. Only accept bank payments so if you do not receive it you loose your money. Every other order is delayed. Not going to make any more orders as I am fed up with them taking so long to receive when they chargé for 24 hour delivery that never arives on time.

Had a slight issue with postage. not MBGs fault, but they went out of their way to make sure i got my package. going above and beyond. im on my 5/6th order now, every single one save the last one was here the next morning, and this hiccup was only because of royal mail.

Ordered for first time and I'm very happy I ordered over weekend so was expecting a delay but my items were posted on the Monday and arrived on the Tuesday Thanks very much! Will be back 😁

I’ve just converted to MBB having been let down with lower quality products. The HHC bud and hash is great bringing a mellowing sense of calm.

Delivery is very prompt too.

Order some HHC and THCp gummies as well as a HHC 2ml disposable vape, came next day and service was fantastic, replied to me straight away on insta.
Gummies are good but the Vape is the one to go for instant affect.

Paid for an order and never recived it as I was told payment did not went through. Sent a screesnhoot with the payment and been told they will solve it on Monday . No response. Will be contacting bank for scam .
Edit :original order place on 29th of October, after chain of emails exchanged ( rather odd vibe from the seller ) , cartidge arrived on 9th of November ( 11 days later ,paid for next day delivery ) and was smashed . I can not comment on the quality of the product myself ,been ordering it as gifts and been told other suppliers are £3 to £8 more expensive, but much better quality Quality of the customer service feels like an angry teenager is in charge of it .Hope owners are enjoying it and their business will go the same as my experience with them :)

Had my first issue, my parcel had vanished, customer service was very good, my replacement arrived just one day after the original order shoild of arrived. I have been shopping with moonbarguy now for about 3 years, I recommend highly.

Great quality I suffer a lot from anxiety and depression and this really helps me and I’ve tried all the tablets and remedies possible. No feeling groggy either next morning I can get on with my day would highly recommend zkittles. Also about to try the hash. I’ll write a review on this too.
