I went to use this in Ashington paid £5 and yes I have used it before so know how it works. I should usually then be directed to drive in and then it starts. It just started up no opportunity to drive in and it costumed right through its cycle. There are no telephone numbers or methods to contact in regard to this. So it is a rip off and should not be used
DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. I used to have a subscription, but gradually the quality of the wash has gone from average to dreadful purely because of very poor maintenance. Tried the £10 wash today 22/Aug/25 as there were some "maintenance" staff there (that turned out to be two cleaners from the staff at the local Costa Coffee.) The first stage, the arm went round with no output.
The second stage, the water hardly worked, and when it came to the ceramic shampoo, it barely touched the sides of the car. There is no service associated with this so called brushless car wash whatsoever. The telephone is never answered and never a reply from emails. This car wash is part of the Adil group. They apparently don't care about customer service. Disgraceful, and a waste of money. Avoid.
