Great customer services
Every time I interacted with your company, everyone was prompt and addressed my question or concerns with genuine support and answers. Delivery was timely on all products. My only issue is in assembly. I cannot get instructions online due to my online provider limitations. I have help coming June 8th. Can't wait to get biking!

I received a damaged Tricycle but Mooncool replaced it.
I received a damaged trike and contacted support for help but haven’t received any further communication, and it has been a week.
Update: after this review, I was contacted by Mooncool support and after some back and forth, they agreed to replace the tricycle with a new one. I have received it and it appears to be intact. Once I have set it up and tried it out, I will give a final review.

Bike came very fast, and assembly was good, except missing on rear fender bolt, playing games with customer service, saying it’s too small to ship. I just bought one myself. Cheap enough but still a hassle

I ordered two trikes very easy to put together each TK1 trike the packaging was top notch had some problems with shipping the package had to be relabeled which delayed shipment by a few days over all very satisfied

Pro came very well packaged (2). One had a problem with a broken taillight connection. The company was very responsive and replaced the broken part immediately. The trikes perform very well and the quality of the products are what you would expect…..but often hope for. Would definitely recommend to others.

Battery charger missing
Battery charger missing, fenders not attached, bolts are so tight they cannot be loosened to finish assembly. Email to customer service how to resolve has ignored.
After my review, Mooncool found my message to their customer support in the spam folder. They are working on replacing the battery and trying to resolve the issue of the inability to loosen the bolts. Stay tuned for more.

I love my 2026 Mooncool TK2 Pro etrike.
I love my 2026 Mooncool TK2 Pro etrike.
I am 6-2 350lbs. The TK2 Pro rides great with me without any problems, I climb hills with ease. I have confidence that this etrike will take me anywhere I want to go.
The TK2 Pro is well made and easy to ride. I prefer to ride in pedal assist with its 5 comfortable speed modes with a top speed of 15.5mph. The reverse mode comes in handy when backing the etrike out of crowded areas, parking spot or the garage. Throttle assist works great when you need that extra speed or power. I enjoy the cargo racks, I have the Mooncool cargo bags and I can pack all my gear and extras inside the bags.
I've discovered my comfortable cruising speed to be 10-12mph and the top speed of 15.5mph is fun.
I highly recommend the Mooncool TK2 PRO. The etrike surprisingly has the power and quality of build to allow me to ride anywhere I want to go with confidence.

Great Customer Support
I constructed a Mooncool trike for a friend’s special needs son to use. What an impressive and sturdy product.
She had purchased the bigger seat with the backrest and I switched that into the trike. I did not do the greatest job with the installation of that seat and I needed a new screw to secure the seat post to the bottom of the seat. I reached out to Mooncool and communicated with Fiona to get the new hardware sent to me. It was a quick and efficient interaction and I look forward to getting the items.
One very impressive thing that happened was I called the customer support number to start the process. The call was sent to a voicemail box and I did not leave a message as I was not going to be available for a while. I received a call back from them later that day as I was driving home. I was surprised and impressed that they saw my number and called me to see what I was calling about. I saw the number was from WV and I answered it as I had called their number with that area code.
In these days of lacking customer support services I was so appreciative that they reached out to me.

The initial ordering process was EASY! I was looking for parts (fenders) & found EXACTLY what I needed (my color was out of stock, but a little paint will fix that). Order shows I should receive in 2-10 business days & I get frequent updates regarding shipping status.
