This trike does so much for me!
Well, I am short (at 5' 1" ) and I find it difficult to find bikes or trikes in my size. Also, I had a knee replacement a year and a half ago. Riding this trike, that fits me, is showing me my knee can "open up" and not be so stiff and unbending all the time. Also, I really like the things MoonCool sent me along with my trike.

Needs attention
My family has bought a total of 5 Mooncool trikes. There were missing bolts and stripped nuts in the box of 2 of them. It costed us money at the local bike shop in order for us to be able to complete the assembly and use the trikes.We bought 2 children’s size trikes. While they love them, the chain on one of them needed repair after only one weekend of the kid riding it.
I am not sure who designed the baskets on the TK2 but they are useless. With the big holes they have, you cannot carry anything in the front or the back without some kind of liner in them. They are in need of the nice wooden bottom that some of the trikes have .
Other than that the trikes are a lot of fun.

Delivery was quicker than I expected
Delivery was quicker than I expected, and everything arrived well protected. The only frustrating part was the seat assembly-the instructions could definitely be easier to follow.

Best in this price range
For the price, I think it offers good value. The ride is stable and comfortable, but I spent more time assembling it than I expected because some steps in the guide weren't very clear.

FANTASTIC CUSTOMER SERVICE
I ordered a trike in April. It arrived after a few weeks (it was shipped from abroad). A little while of cycling and the motor conked out. I contacted the Mooncool UK Customer Service and they were AMAZING! Very good at communicating and helping me. Motor arrived Friday (again, there was a long wait due to logistics, but that was expected). My partner installed it, and I have been happily cycling ever since.
I want to say a massive thank you to your customer service team. They are excellent and managed expectations well, including making me aware that the shipping would take a long time.

quick service, but I recommend that you view a video prior to opening the box. we spent some time tearing into the ox but if you check the small plastic fittings at the bottom the top just lifts off. It came mostly assembled but we had trouble installing the rear fenders, accessing the screws was difficult we had to take off the rear basket and still had trouble, the screws had blue coating on the bottom. which made it difficult to tighten the screw without stripping the heads. However, a wonderful trike, reviews said assembly took anywheres from 20 mins to 4 hours, ours was a good portion of the day.
