Brilliant from start to finish. Richard was professional and courteous all the time making sure to update me regularly. Richard took into account all information given and helped arrange a settle ment along with Physio for injuries sustained. I found out about Mooneerams from the CAB in 2023. I was assigned Andrew Last who dealt with my 2 cases of sprained ankle and fractured arm. I cannot thank Andrew and the team enough for their help. Andrew handled my case with great care and empathy, always taking the time to explain complex legal jargon in a way I could understand. I felt truly supported throughout the entire process and though the process appeared to be quite long, I was very happy with the outcome. A first class service from start to finish. I contacted Mooneerams from a personal recommendation for a personal injuries claim. I was assigned Andrew Last to deal with my case. From the outset Andrew was professional but very approachable and certainly clear in terms of costs and potential fees etc. He kept me informed throughout and overall it was an easy process, despite the claim being a very emotive one.

Although the process was long and at times taxing, all the staff at Mooneerams worked tirelessly and professionally to ensure the best outcome for my partner's injury claim.
