Order multiple days ago and still haven’t had an update about tracking or anything… everytime I ask CS to give me an estimated date for when my package will be dropped with Canada post, they just give me an ai response saying it will be delivered in 2-5 business days. And absolutely nothing else. If you wanna not lose your money, or have to wait a week just for your package to ship out, I suggests using an alternative site as this one will not have your back

Ordered April 1st ,money collected.A week later I just happen to check order status,on hold?? I had to reach out ,no notification of issue was ever sent to my address.I ok’d them to proceed with a substitution,good offer but order as of April 12 2024 is not MOVING?.Send order now ,and put this cluster in the rear view.WAITING RESPONSE.
