Great lovely present
I ordered this card online on 01/08/23, to be dispatched from 02/08/23 and delivered from 05/08/23. This should have allowed plenty of time for the card to be delivered before the actual birthday of 07/08/23. Despite this, I was incredibly disappointed that the card did NOT arrive in time on/by 07/08/22. The card was expensive (£5.09) and I would have expected it to have been delivered on the dates requested (not anytime after that). I would have been better off to just post a standard card via 2nd class post and it probably would have arrived on time. I would like to request a full refund of the £5.09 paid as your service was not fulfilled. Thank you.
