Paid extra to make sure card arrived on time and it arrived 4 days after the birthday, which I only found out today. They refunded the cost but as credit that I have to spend with them. I will spend it but never use them again.

After paying a sum of £13 + for 2 cards to be delivered next day my card to my brother went to Wakefield by mistake after I stated his address in York. It did not arrive to my brother until 3 days after his birthday when the postage I paid for was to be delivered the next day. Just not good enough after I have used Moonpig for years the Royal Mail made a big mistake in delivery

Unable to rate product myself, as sent to Brother in UK from Philippines. He was very happy.
The card looks okay, nothing special, the delivery service works in so far as the card got delivered, but not on the day specified. Altogether it served the objective, but isn't outstanding. You need to look through a lot of garbage to find a halfway decent card.
I ordered this personalised card for my brother"s birthday to be sent direct to him in Scotland so I never actually saw it. But it arrived quickly without a problem.
