Ordered to come on the 2/9 but the post got lost and then came 4/9. Our anniversary was on the 3/9. Ended up having to quickly buy from Amazon and filling it in practically infront of my husband. This and his present being delayed by a week, meant I have nothing to give on our 10year wedding anniversary. When contacting Moonpig to send a replacement on the 2/9 they said they could only match the same delivery so wouldn’t come in time. So despite being an issue their end they were unwilling to help.
