ordered a card and this candle. The beautiful candle arrived but no sign of the card. my daughter had to put a message into the family Whatsap to ask who sent it to thank them.

Didn’t see items as sent to recipient. Had to pay 2 lots of postage totalling £9.98 as gifts were sent separately. No gift message with separate gift. Recipient wasn’t sure who gift was from and had to ask family members to find out. I contacted moonpig who could offer no help or support with this issue. Very disappointed with moonpig, who I have used for years. Will definitely think twice about using moonpig again.
