Ok poor delivery time

Product was what I expected however it was delivered to the wrong address. Very difficult to contact Moonpig or Royal Mail. Still not resolved

It is a great product and easy to share across the company. It would be nice for everyone to see the final image before the preview, as this functionality is not available at the moment.
Tried to order a group card where people can write messages remotely and have them printed in the card. 1st problem, you can't personalise the card before asking people to write messages so had numerous questions asking why there was a random old woman on the card and a completely different name. When people had put messages in I went to personalised the card and placed the order.....the card was delivered but with no messages in.
Excellent service
The work colleague we brought this for loved it,he worked for the company for over 40yrs and we put photos of the machines he worked on from when he started until he retired.
As always moonpig products never disappoint. Products of high standard and quality.
Good quality and delivered quickly
I love using Moonpig a lot however I was disappointed that my recent order came a DAY LATER than advised.
It was good quality, didnt have to wait long for it to arrive.
The card was a bit pricey and greatly limited the number of photos that could be added. Disappointed in it but best option available.
