The Important Part: 

  • We promise seven days’ freshness or a free replacement with every bouquet.
  • Select your date or get next day delivery when you order by 11pm Monday-Friday. Plus, get SMS tracking and a 2 hour delivery window.
  • Our flowers arrive in bud and will come into bloom within a day or two. This means fresher flowers for longer – yay!
  • Each bouquet is hand-tied by our expert florists.
  • Bouquets come in our signature Nourishing Wrap to keep them happy and hydrated while travelling

Please Note:

  • In the rare event that any flowers become unavailable or are not quite up to standard, we’ll replace them with flowers of similar or superior style, quality and value.

    • The vase is not included.

When my the flowers where delivered the box was broken and the flowers got a little bit squished and no card with my name on it

After recieving them, opening them up, they was damaged and dying, fell at least 6 days of thier 7 day assurance for lasting. I complained and they offerd me only £20 as a refund. They said i could order more up to a value of £40, so i did, they cam next day and inky lasted 3 days they all started to die. I will not be ordering again..

If I could give 0 stars I would these flowers were half dead on delivery and the rest lasted about 2 days after never again guess I should of stuck to a flower shop

The flowers my friend received were not at all the ones I ordered and looked nothing like this bouquet, unfortunately. I ordered them long before Valentine’s Day but what she received looked like leftovers from that day. Tired-looking roses only.

This product never arrived. Delivery was delayed and delayed and now because it is a perishable good. It won’t be getting delivered according to the latest email from DOD. Very poor that it was delayed even poorer it’s not dekivered

Flowers were a bit sad and droopy, my wife was ok with them but was a little disappointed. The flowers would have had a better review rating if they had been fresh.

Definitely didn’t have as much flowers as the picture shows. I would say you should expect half. Picture of flowers needs to be updated. Can’t fault the quality though.
