Our experience with Moonpreneur was not as expected. Class recordings were often delayed, and weekend sessions were scheduled without proper coordination with parents, causing confusion. The classes were more lecture-based with limited hands-on guidance, and doubts were not consistently addressed before moving to new topics.
Additionally, our experience with customer care was frustrating. Our concerns were not resolved effectively, communication lacked follow-up, and there were instances of miscommunication that affected our daughter’s class access.
Overall, the program did not meet our expectations in terms of engagement, support, and coordination, so we chose not to continue.

This is in one class my kid is most excited to join, his has generated interest in robotics and class is funfilled with other kids which he enjoys.The only reason i gave 4 star is we have seen teachers keeps changinlg a lot duringan year of sessions.

We’ve had a wonderful experience with this robotics class. My son looks forward to every session and is always excited to share what he built or learned in the class. The instructors do an excellent job of making complex concepts easy to understand while keeping the classes fun and engaging.

What I really appreciate is how the program builds problem-solving skills, creativity, and confidence—not just technical knowledge. The curriculum is well-structured, hands-on, and age-appropriate, and the instructors are patient, encouraging, and truly invested in child’s learning.

My son joined Moonpreneour one and a half years ago, he enjoys robotics and maths class which helps develop his critical thinking skills. I would recommend this

My son really enjoys his robotics class! The instructors are patient, knowledgeable, and make learning fun. Worst customer service- campaign promised to deliver a gift hamper to my kid but never sent it. FALSE promises made hurting kids emotionally. I already reached out to support team multiple times and they failed horribly to address the problem.

My son Oliver has benefited enormously from the moonpreneur courses. In 10 months he has become a competent and confident coder, harware hacker and problem solver. To acheive that at age 8 is remarkable. Thank you Moonpreneur for this amazing opportunity.

The content of the robotics class is good and innovation. I appreciated their step by step approach. I do love the show and tell aspect. It motivated children to be creative, apply what they have learnt and sharpen their presentation skills. I have given 4 stars because I feel Moonpreneur does need to work on their parent communication skills. There needs to be a better system for updating children's information, whether they have paid, how many classes are left, if a class is cancelled. I think this information should be available easily on the log in student website. Moonpreneur did not have the correct email address for 2 of my 3 kids and I had no idea what was happening.
