I had eaten at Moonstar (Palmer Park & Powers) Colorado Springs, Colorado before and found it to be very average; however we have been encouraged during the Covid restrictions to patronize and take out local and small businesses. I ordered two meals on appx. 4/28/20. The rice tasted like mold. I attempted to return the mostly uneated food and found the owners to be belligerent. They kept the food but would not return my money. Then, they pointed to the bottom of the first page of their menu where it stated "No returns, no refunds". What kind of business uses that practice unless they know from the start that their food is horrible. I will never eat there again and I strongly caution you to do the same
