These guys are absolutely criminal
These guys are absolutely criminal. First of all, Good luck winning on this site. I know casinos are designed for the player to lose, but this one is blatant. Secondly, they go further in their criminality by not allowing you to protect yourself through responsible gaming. If you want to set loss limits or deposit limits, you have to send an email, and wait two days for someone to write you back telling you, hey we can’t do anything, it’s « your vip manager » that will now take over. And don’t let me get started with that guy. I’ve asked several times to be banned from site. He offers little messily bonuses instead or ignores my request. There is a reason trust pilot says breach on the front page.
