Nine days late and completely redundant
I placed this order specifically in reliance on Moonpig’s advertised guaranteed delivery date, which formed a key part of the service offered. The order arrived nine days after that date, meaning it failed to meet its intended purpose as the occasion had passed and the recipient had left the country.
Customer service acknowledged the delay but would only offer a refund/store credit of the delivery fee, despite the fact that the service was not delivered within the timeframe promised at the point of purchase.
The continued use of “guaranteed” delivery wording feels misleading based on this experience and I’m not satisfied with the resolution.
Very disappointing outcome and not a service I will use again - Thortful are a much better alternative!
