Nine days late and completely redundant

I placed this order specifically in reliance on Moonpig’s advertised guaranteed delivery date, which formed a key part of the service offered. The order arrived nine days after that date, meaning it failed to meet its intended purpose as the occasion had passed and the recipient had left the country.

Customer service acknowledged the delay but would only offer a refund/store credit of the delivery fee, despite the fact that the service was not delivered within the timeframe promised at the point of purchase.

The continued use of “guaranteed” delivery wording feels misleading based on this experience and I’m not satisfied with the resolution.

Very disappointing outcome and not a service I will use again - Thortful are a much better alternative!

purchased an item and paid extra to…

purchased an item and paid extra to have it delivered today , post has been and nothing. avoid paying extra for delivery they take your money but cant deliver .will not be buying anything else from the company , not the first time i have been let down by them.when you go on to chat you have to wait a long time before you can chat with anyone , AVOID MOONPIG .COM , better onliine companys than this one.

Terrible ordering system

Ordered Christmas cards and changed the delivery dates to 7th December. Double checked all delivery dates and all were what I set the to. After paying the confirmation said all would be delivered a couple of days after the order date. Contacted them first thing the next day even though 3 had been dispatched by the time I got a reply and they cancelled the rest and put the credit on my Moonpig account so I could reorder which I did this week. Changed the delivery dates again and when it went through exactly the same thing happened, couldn't be bothered to contact them again. Won't bother using them again. Once my pre ordered birthday card for December is sent I won't bother using again, even though I was going to sign up to there £9.99 thing for the year.
I was able to do the birthday cards for different dates this year by doing them all separately which was a pain. This happened on 3/11 and again on the 7/11

Would give this company zero for…

Would give this company zero for service zero empathy zero for customer service zero for not being able too what they claim they can do on their adverts all untrue Father’s Day Sunday ordered card plenty of time but yet failed again what I got from customer service oh we will resend why birthday or fathers or what ever the occasion you want it that so I probaly think a lot father’s were disappointed between moonpig and useless Royal Mail but here is the worst part trust pilot asking too take it down my review I rest my case they say it’s about another company it’s they got too big and use the worst people too deliver their cards should change it
