Amazing service from Fez and Saf, (farther and son) I asked them for a pacific request on how my bed was to be brought and set up, they went above and beyond to meet my request. Would definitely recommend. I have already ordered another bed from them. Thanks

Review for a bed just purchased. Delivered this week to my mums to find that the brackets are in the wrong place for the frame to sit on. There's staple holes in the bed which are very noticeable. Gone to put the mattress on and it has a tear in it. For over £800 bed this is not acceptable. The company never answers the phone. Want this issue sorting!!. Avoid this company at all costs.

Was concerned after reading some reviews but had no reason to, arrived on 5th working day and beautiful. Delivery driver just one guy was great built bed in super speed was really friendly sorry I can’t remember his name

No communication about delivery.. said on the website assembly but this was not offered at the time of delivery because they new they had missing parts .. 6 days later no apology for the delay no new date arranged to bring the missing parts …. when I talk to them they say this week!!!!

Excellent. Bed was delivered within timescale stated by RK. Bed quality is excellent and built in 20 minutes. No fuss, no mess and excellent service. I would recommend this company and will definitely use again.

Wouldn’t buy from these. Saw the reviews after I purchased and was thinking oh no. Delivery was meant to be 5-7 working days 2 weeks later it turned up with half missing. 2/3 weeks later the rest turns up. Go to put the bed together none of it square and none of the brackets in the wrong place contacted them takes ages to get reply’s. The phone number they have nobody answers. The bed looks like it was put together by a child. The reason it doesn’t match is because it’s hand made so apparently nothing will match. Laughable cheap beds nothing more. Wouldn’t buy ever again from this place. No communication prior to delivery’s either and I’ve looked at some of the 5 star reviews and they look like they make their own reviews up or pay people to make them for her. They offered me money to take an honest review down
