Charlie and his absolutelv fabulous team (Shane, Marcus, Isaac, Adam, Rob, Alastair, Danny) have done a fantastic job in fitting a new downstairs bathroom, including stud wall, bathroom fixtures and storage space, which also meant the Electrical Consumer Unit relocation
They removed the existing upvc polycarbonate conservatory roof and replaced it with a lightweight modular tiled roof
Also hung a large number of new doors around the house, including bi-folds.
From our very first meeting Charlie was up front and honest, providing much needed advice. He was also the only contractor when quoting who advised us on the reguirements for Building Notices, Building Control Partnership liaison and Building Fees.
Every day over the 4 weeks that the team were here, the communication was excellent. The team were alwavs extremely polite and informed us at every point when questions arose. At the end of the day, they cleaned up and left things as clean and tidy as they could, bearing in mind that the house.
