I recently had a kitchen installed by Moorgate Kitchens and I’m delighted with it. The service was second to none - Molly was professional, patient and helpful so it made the experience from design to fit as stress free as possible. Nothing was too much trouble. The fitters, Darren and Callum, were reliable and friendly and made sure I was satisfied with everything.

We would like to thank Moorgate kitchens for our fabulous new kitchen. The whole process from design to finish was excellent. We were given a range of options for our kitchen which allowed us to get the kitchen we wanted. Amy advised and created a brilliant design. The organisation of the work and deliveries was exceptional. All professionals were on time, tidy and courteous. Tom who fitted the kitchen and organised the other professionals was great. I would fully recommend Moorgate kitchens.

I have recently had a kitchen installed by Moorgate which I had chosen 3 yrs ago as I was building an extension. I have lost count of how many times I have been into Moorgate kitchens as I kept changing my mind on the design and finishes. I must thank Molly for her patience with me keeping changing my mind. The kitchen I chose was the linear collection with Neff appliances with the Intergrated Neff down extractor which I kept changing mind on lol. The kitchen was fitted by John whose attention to detail is second to none. I’ve always worked in the trade and have a very high expectation of workmanship which John did deliver. When you have a trades person attend you’re property to carry out work for the time you are always unsure until they start work. Following the completion of the kitchen I am very happy with the outcome. When friends call round to have a look they all say it looks like a showroom. Once again a big thank you to Moorgate and John.

From my initial visit to the showroom Amy took her time discussing all the options. After I decided to go ahead she brought Darren the fitter to my house to double check the plan and measurements. Everyone involved with the fitting was friendly and polite and I’m delighted with my new kitchen which has certainly matched my expectations

Right from the very first meeting with Amy from Moorside I felt comfortable and confident that my bathroom would be just as I wanted it. Her expertise was second to none and if there was anything she wasn't sure about she went and asked and in no time came back to me. The tradesmen she used were first class and all in all a very pleasurable experience and I would not hesitate to recommend Amy if I needed to.

Just had a brand new kitchen installed. Molly designed the kitchen and guided us as to the best way forward as we were also having a wall knocked down too to make it bigger and open it up.
Absolutely made up with my new kitchen and Tom the joiner who fitted the kitchen was also brilliant. Would highly recommend Moorgate Kitchens. Thank you Molly and Tom

Amy at Moorgate Kitchens designed our new kitchen and utility. She took into account our ideas and wishes and the design was great, we love it. Everyone that visits comments on how good everything looks and how spacious it is now! All the team worked really well from Shaun the plasterer, Dean and Bradley the electricians who all did really good jobs and everyone was really nice and polite. Special thanks to Darren and Callum who fitted everything, nothing was too much trouble for them, if we had any issues or questions they sorted them out straight away to make sure we were really happy with everything. They were always very polite and tidied up at the end of the day which was great. The customer care was excellent and everyone really paid attention to all the little but important details that really make a difference to you.

I would definitely recommend Moorgate. I recently had my kitchen renovated by them, and from the start, with Molly, who designed the perfect kitchen and all the team that made it happen, I am very pleased with the outcome. Thanks everyone! 👍

Excellent customer service from Amy the designer. Darren and Callum the kitchen fitters went above and beyond to make sure everything was right and solve any problems. Shaun the plasterer worked efficiently. Dean and Bradley the electricians worked efficiently. The workmen were always polite and cleared any mess up before leaving. I found this to be an excellent working team

Just had a new bathroom fitted by Moorgate. The whole process was made easy and extremely professional by Chris. The actual fitting started on the date they gave us and Tom the fitter was an absolute gem, such a skilled and lovely guy and you didn’t even know he had been, spotlessly tidy and very thorough. The next job will be a kitchen and will definitely be using Moorgate and TOM, thank you Moorgate👍👍👍

Just had my kitchen fitted by Moorgate kitchens and from the minute walking in to the showroom to completion the professionalism was superb from design to fit,like a well oiled machine,Mark's design was class and all the tradesmen were brilliant couldnt fault any of them especially Tom great to see people still take pride in their work they produce,can't thank Moorgate Kitchens and their staff enough and thanks Stu for really looking after us 👍 👏👏

Great customer service with Chris from start to finish. Process was clear and transparent and we were made to feel very welcome on our numerous visits to the showroom. Tom the fitter kept us informed at each stage and gave us a correct completion estimate! Our finished kitchen looks brilliant! Would highly recommend Moorgate!

Dream Laura Ashley kitchen supplied by Moorgate. We were really pleased with the first design proposed by Mark. He listened to what we wanted and created an excellent layout for our families needs combined with the perfect aesthetic. Paul also did a brilliant job fitting it! We are over the moon with our new perfect kitchen! I would thoroughly recommend Moorgate Kitchens for their friendly staff, great customer service and perfect premium products! 5 stars!

on boxing day 2015 we were flooded , in january we decided to have a new fitted kitchen, we had been planning this but it came around earlier than expected, we got several quotes but mark at moorgate swung it and by april 2016 our kitchen was wonderful, mike the fitter was brilliant and everything was great after the trauma of the floods however, over the last few years things have gone wrong, we've had to have several doors and drawers replaced due to "bubbling" and the top cost finish of the units coming apart, due to covid striking we waited and waited but everytime we used the built in microwave the moisture would start to peel the finish off the doors, NEFF engineers came and went after checking the appliance and finally found the fault in the installation so Moorgate came and "drilled a hole in the back" the unit is not supposed to have backin it, as of today we are still waiting for Mark to get in touch to replace the unit base where it has warped and to take out the back of the unit that should not of been there in the first place.
i recommended moorgate to my mum who spent almost £12,000 on a new kitchen, mick installed it but left holes in the walls above the units, i feel very let down by this company, they were brilliant designing and installing but the after sales are atrocious. all i can say is buyer be ware, very quick to take your hard earned money but very slow on after sales problems. ( its now costing us to get a fitter to replace the base unit and take the back out of the units from the microwave because i'm sick and tired of waiting for moorgate to get back to me, this was supposed to be done last year)

On the positive side the kitchen planning installation and the project management was very good. No complaints there. The problem was with the ever increasing installation cost. Verbal estimate for installation 2000.00. units were ordered and it was approximately 2 weeks prior to installation when the kitchen fitter came.
approximately 1 week before start date the cost came through at over 3300.00. I was not happy with this but because everything was ready to get started I went a head. I emailed the company confirming the new cost and stated I could not afford another increase. Come the installation and additional work had to be done. A further 250.00 . When the kitchen was finished I was given a bill from a plummer, 260.00 This had never been mentioned before so I assumed it was included in the installation cost.I assumed wrong. All in all my installation cost went up by approx 74%. I know of one other person who's initial installation cost were higher than initially stated. Make sure you get detailed installation price before ordering anything.

We had two bedrooms installed 18 months ago and were so impressed that we have just had our en-suite bathroom kitted out in the same finish as the bedroom. Only one word “Stunning”

Purchased my bedroom furniture through Moorgate, design and helped all the way through. Great company and really pleased with my bedroom. Quality of the product is amazing and now I have my bathroom on order through them.
