Staff dealing with customers is very bad, there is no service or repair, there is also neglect and failure to show up at appointments when repairing, there is no monitoring for their working staff.

Got stuck with these cowboys after they bought the management rights . Over charge for services not even provided. RIP you off at every turn threaten you with court action at every turn do not use or buy any property they manage . Check them out

Waited a month to view a property after they put the wrong date on their post, didn't get a call the morning of my appointment, rang then 2 hours before as I don't live close to be told they don't have the keys so it would have to be tomorrow or the weekend. Was told they would ring me back at 3pm that day to let me know if they keys had been dropped off but I ended up ringing them at half 3. Went to finally view the property and NO ESTATE AGENT turned up. Was just two workers (who told me they were the landlords tenants in his other house) they said the estate agent dropped the keys off and if I had any questions I can ring them.. even after this I told the estate agent I would be interested in the house.. the day after it was taken off their website & put on a different estate agents. Received no call from them all at throughout any of it. Avoid , time wasters. Genuinely don't know how they are in buisness. The good reviews must be fake

Please never use this management service it is utterly terrible, fictitious bills, poor communication and useless staff

They managed my property and throughout their service, they were unprofessional. They paid rent late, very unresponsive and now are refusing to handover the property appropriately and withholding rent.

I have now referred the case to TPOS because their behaviour is unacceptable, and they need to be called to order.

Horrible experience of renting a house with them. They never look into the defect we report and only told the property is complete fine for the previous tenant. Why we are complaining.

DON'T deal with this agent or you will lost money, drain you energy and ruin your days.

I have been renting from moorlands for 4 years now and have always found all the staff very helpful, whenever iv had any problems, AJ and the rest of the staff have always Been there to help. I highly recommend them

Extremely dissapointed, I called Moorlands earlier that morning, confirming my viewing before embarking on a 8 hour round trip to look a property at 2.30pm. By 3pm still no one from Moorlands had bothered to turn up and office was closed when I called. Managed to locate a member of staff eventually who arranged for a builder to show me around who nothing about the property. The property was totally misrepresented, ceilings hanging down and water leaks on all floors. Moorlands did not have the common decency to give me a courtesy call back or apologise. I would avoid at all costs. Very unprofessional.

After twenty-six months and three separate estate agents in Leeds, we made no progress in selling our house. With hindsight we wish we had made Moorlands our first choice. Moorlands distinguished themselves as outstanding estate agents. The team's pro-active approach succeeded in taking the stress out of having our property on the market. Pricing, marketing, viewers feedback, acting in our interest at all times and providing after sales care, set Moorlands apart from the rest.

Moorland Properties sold my house within a week and kept me updated throughout the whole process. The services and staff are excellent and I highly recommend these guys to anyone!

i was looking for a house to make it my home..and i just passed by Chapeltown Road and saw an estate agent..the red striking colours took my eyes..thought i just pop in to ask..they might have a property on my liking..the woman staff was very helpfull to give me different options to choose and i booked a viewing to see a property..when the day come for my viewing the guy that showed me the property was very nice and his knowledge about the property and local soroundings was brilliant..although i didnt rent that property from Moorlands i was very impressed with their service..

We had our home on the market with another agent for some time with little viewings after changing to Moorland we had an offer after two weeks. I found them very easy to approach very friendly and would recommend
