Fast shipping + good product
Extremely fast shipping, especially considering I live in the south of France. The product arrived in perfect condition, and the price was unbeatable.

Disappointing delay: Shipping cost more than the item itself
I purchased an urgent component for my boat from Sweden via DHL. I'd like to highlight that the shipping cost was actually higher than the price of the item itself, so I naturally expected a reliable service.
Unfortunately, the package has been stuck in Malmö for several days with no updates. I am in Italy waiting for this urgent part, and seeing it stalled like this is very disappointing, especially considering the high delivery fee I paid. I hope the shipment is processed and delivered without further delay.

the delivery of the paint was fast
the delivery of the paint was fast. But the securing of the shipment dangerous 5L of expensive paint were just sitting in a cardbord box with barely added suspension material. So the can was damaged. Fortunately it did not colapse entirely. Usually the cans in deliveries are sitting in an additional plastic safety bag - this was not present. It is a high risk to ship hazardous cans of antifouling this way.... Sorry but I needed to comment this.
