Unsure why this site gets so many bad reveiws.. had some issues with ordering but it was easily solved by moose labs and they went above and beyond. Ordered to UK highly reccomend!

Horrible experience buying from this company. I'd stay stay clear of this one. There are plenty of better options out there! There website is horrible in explaining what you actually get. They will show a pic of the mouthpiece as part of the kit but you will not get the mouthpiece. It's separate. Very deceiving almost like they are trying to trick you. Well they got me. These filters are useless without a mouthpiece...

The product is great but they have terrible customer service and orders never ship on time. It takes at least 2 weeks or more with regular shipping. On top of that it takes them 2-3 days to actually process the order before shipping!

Product does as advertised however when you place an order it takes 21-26 days to receive it and they can care less if you timed your order so you don’t run out of filters. Someone else needs to run this business. No reason anything that fits in an envelope should take more than 3-5 days for shipping in the USA.

Poor product, worse service. Took weeks to get my order. They ignored my messages about it. When it did come the filter keeps falling out of the mouthpiece, just like the one I replaced this with. Also ignored my message about this. Now I'm stuck shoving a paper towel in there to get the filter to stay. This is the last one I'm buying.

Decent product, disgraceful customers service, no idea how to run a business, markup on their items is beyond extreme.

If they just treat me decently I'd have been happy to keep paying their dumb markups but instead they lost a customer from rude service.

These people have no idea how to make customers happy.

You can buy off label version of their filters for a fraction of the price and that's what I'm going back to.

I was excited about this product, but their support team is rude and they can care less about customers. The mouthpiece doesn’t fit most vapes anyways, you must use tape.

These guys saved my lungs! I've got PTSD and have to smoke most of the day. The filters catch a massive amount of gunk and don't reduce the THC by enough for anyone to notice, and I've seen head to head testing. The mouthpiece is more comfortable on my mouth than most bongs even.
My only complaint is the recycled paper tubes the filters come in.
