Yeah mooshe should really stop scamming. I originally had a good experience with them, my socks arrived and were cute and all. I ordered again 10 months ago or so and my order is still unfulfilled, I have sent more than 10 emails to different emails, SM, and everywhere I could and haven’t received a single answer. 35$ down the drain. Don’t buy from them!!

I had purchased socks many a time from Mooshe previously and wanted to try the subscription, all was well, got 7 months into the subscription and figured my sock drawer was overflowing so I didn't need anymore. I have now been sending countless emails for almost a month to cancel this subscription, emails to their provided client and sales address. I've yielded no response other than an automated reply from their sales address directing me to email their client address to which I have gotten nothing from. I'm a few days away from being charged for a pair of subscription socks I dont want or need. I'm on the brink of contacting my bank to ask for help blocking them. This is appalling...

Absolutely awful. I have been waiting 8 months for my order and have emailed them several times and am now being ignored. Offered a partial refund of the postage price which I never received. The tracking number/app doesn't work either, clearly a fraud. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS SITE!!

It’s been 8 months since I ordered from this site, and I’ve only received an excuse every now and then, often saying that there’s delays but an 8 month delay with no communication is unacceptable, now they are just choosing to ignore me. So I have no socks and no refund, so unprofessional and not trustworthy, do not waste money here! You’ll never see your product or money again.

I signed up for a subscription and was excited to start receiving socks.. but no socks ever came. They managed to charge me for three months before I finally got the subscription cancelled. The tracking numbers never worked. I would email them and they would be fake sympathetic and say my order was lost in the mail send me discount codes to put in a new order. I specifically asked to be refunded as I never received an order from them and to cancel my subscription since there is no option to cancel on their site and they would respond saying it's already processed so they can't cancel at this time. I never received anything from them and they refused to refund. After they cancelled my subscription, I asked again for refunds and they never responded.

Complete scam...got one pair of socks that I ordered and paid way more for the shipping...do not fall for the free stuff

I ordered several pairs of socks and the company wouldn't provide me a tracking number, suggesting that due to corona they weren't able to provide that information and to be patient. Sketchy off the bat and I shouldn't have trusted them because after waiting two months without a package or even a tracking number they wouldn't provide a refund and it was too late to dispute the charge for the FRAUDULENT company. When i asked them for a refund they tried saying they sent a different package, and couldn't give a refund because they sent the new package that I didn't ask for or want and also couldn't give a tracking number- again proving they never sent anything. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE SCAMMERS- YOU WILL NOT GET YOUR PRODUCT AND YOU WILL NOT GET YOUR MONEY BACK,

You will not receive any items and you will not get a refund.

Waited 6 months for 3 pairs of socks I never received. Sadly when I ordered I could not find any bad reviews so I took a chance. I’m reviewing now so that hopefully someone will see this and not go through with wasting their money.

Accidently added the subscription service to my order, emailed and they refused to remove it. Paypal however, took my side.
socks are okay but you can get the exact pair cheaper on ebay. so don't waste your time and money.
Customer service is awful and if they don't want to talk, they will just stop replying.
I received the wrong order and they told me i didn't. even with a photo clearly showing the tracking number on the package matched the one for the item on the invoice, and once again, they just straight up stopped replying.
Awful.

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!

I ordered three pairs of socks from this website 14 WEEKS AGO, and I still haven't recieved my socks. I've tried contacting the company around 7 times now, but every time I get the same auto-generated response, that isn't helpful AT ALL!

The company has now, after the seventh time that I tried to get in touch with them, decided to refund the shipping I paid on the order. The amount they've refunded me is a total of 2,9$. Which seems to me as a total joke, when I've waited almost 4 months to get 3 damn pairs of socks.

VERY safe to say that I'm completely displeased with my whole experience, and I really do hope that this company either fixes their significant errors, or that they shut down so that other people don't completely waste their money on this scam, like I unfortunately did.
